This was my second time visiting Braxton Automotive. When you enter you are immediately greeted by a friendly smile. What you will find is a professional Team working tirelessly from the moment you enter till the time you drive away. You get step by step updates on repair progress. Everything is explained clearly and all my questions were answered. They even gave me helpful tips for keeping my car in good shape.

Great experience with Braxton! We are a family of Volvo owners (3 in all) and never had such a great, attentive repair experience. Jason and Kevin were super helpful and Jason provided great explanation and information about the repairs that were needed. Michea was super effective and efficient at scheduling the repairs and accomplished a really difficult task of getting vehicle extended warranty coverage for us. Best of all, everyone was pleasant and polite to deal with throughout!!

Massively overpriced. Compare their quotes to what‘s normal according to Repair Pal. They quoted me $2,600 for a job I got done elsewhere for $700 (with OEM parts). Another job would’ve been $1,100. Got a quote for $400.

My daughter brought her Audi here for a severe oil leak. They performed a diagnostic, replaced the serpentine belt and oil cap (neither fixed the problem) charged her over $1100 and put her back on the road with her car still leaking profusely. She returned when when her oil light came on about a week later. What was Braxton's solution? Order a map of the car from Audi and take the car apart part by part... and these are supposed to be specialists?! This was a costly mistake for my daughter to bring her car here to these scammers, because I wouldn't trust them to work on a tricycle. Took her car to a reputable mechanic who correctly diagnosed and repaired the issue. Braxton Automotive should be ashamed of conning people out of their hard earned money. EDIT: Thanks for the video, but the severity of the oil leak was already apparent when it was brought to your shop. I would have rather seen a video of a proper repair done by a competent mechanic, but I know you can't provide me with that.

Professional and knowledgeable staff. This business uses only OEM parts that are warrantied. I wouldn't trust any other mechanics with my vehicle. I've been doing business with them for many years. Prices may seem costly but you pay for what you get. Don't risk taking your european vehicle to shade tree mechanics that do not honor their work or guarantee parts.
