Outstanding service and price. A family member made the mistake of adding gasoline to a diesel vehicle. Most quotes totaled the car. Pete at Brawley said he could repair the vehicle at a fraction of the other quotes. Not only did they save the car, they saved me big bucks! Highly recommend.

Had a slow tire leak, and they had me out the door in less than five minutes, patched, and at a price that shocked me. No other shop in town would’ve taken care of me this way. Quotes for other work are substantially better than competitors. This place has that small-town feel that makes you want to go back.

I brought them my truck in March and they worked so hard to find the parts for my truck that is not longer manufactured and make the necessary repairs. They have been one of the few shops to find solutions and investigate thoroughly!! Everyone who works here is caring, considerate and respectful. I had to bring it back in June, but they helped resolve the issue quickly. As I was leaving Nick noticed a light out and changed it in the spot before I could leave the lot. This shop is honorable and deliver top notch work every time!! I have finally found a shop that I know is going to be straightforward with me and do their very best. Thankful for my friend’s referral to land me at this auto shop. I have been to MANY mechanics mobile, local and driven to Charlotte and Troutman in search of honorable work. I will only be going to Brawley Tire and Auto from now on!

I had new brakes put on my car. Very reasonable price compared to other quotes I received and they were able to get my car back to me quickly. Even followed up with me a week or so after to make sure everything was working alright. Great experience and will definitely be my place for any future servicing and/or repairs.

Being a premium car dealer it’s hard to find a good honest shop that will fix what you need fixed and fix it right. We sell all different types of cars from German to American and this is the only shop I trust. I have been to others shops over the years and they over charge they make stuff up they add extra hours to the bill or they simply can’t fix if, and we spent 100’s of thousands of dollars over the years. Nick, Pete and James and the rest of his crew that work hard to get the cars fixed right and quickly we appreciate you and we will continue to recommend you for now and years to come. Thanks for all you do and thanks for being not only a great repair shop but great friends as well. I look forward to paying my bill because I know I won’t return the same car with the same issue. Longtime customer. I maintain what I can myself and bring the stuff I cannot handle to Brawley Tire & Automotive. Most recently I needed a steering rack replacement on our oldest vehicle with over 250K miles. Very difficult job on that particular vehicle. BT&A did the work exactly as estimated. They are highly competent at diagnosis and repairs. They have all the most advanced diagnostic equipment to evaluate power train performance, anti-lock braking, emissions controls, and other electro-mechanical systems. But most importantly, they have smart and experienced mechanics who completely understand the vast array of sensors, controllers, and mechanical function in modern vehicles. BT&A work management is excellent, always providing realistic estimates on price and duration of the job, options, and communicating with you, treating you as an individual. As an independent shop, their total focus is on getting the job done for you in an honest, competent, fair way . . . so you can have peace-of-mind when you need maintenance or repairs.
