I sued Brandon’s Auto Body and won. Does anyone know how I can collect or what I have to file? They also kept my vehicle and won’t return it

BEWARE! This is actually KBB Auto Sales, which has been in the news. Company is currently being investigated for odometer fraud/rollback. They are NOT BBB accredited. They are even repossessing vehicles if you file a lawsuit. Cars are in bad shape mechanically, but they make them look passable just to get the money and run. No one can reach them to get a refund either.

Looked into buying a car here, something felt off. Did some research and they have a history of odometer fraud. Apparently they just got busted AGAIN. I am glad I trusted my instincts and avoided a scam.

bought a car through this place and put 3500 down, check engine light came on less then 2 hours after leaving the lot, got told it was my fault. the window motor broke next and then they fixed it when i only needed to get a price quote. and believe it or not the window was still broke after being told it was $80. Next i purchased the car fax for $40 after seeing the reviews on here. the actual mileage is over 40k more then they listed it as. they change the odometer on all of their cars. no matter how bad you need a car, see other options. They are scam artists taking advantage of people with not so great credit.

Bad business to deal with. They took our money and never gave us a title for the car. Now we have to take them to court for our monies back!! Dont buy from these people!!! They are also known as KBB auto sales.

Bought a car from them took 46 days to get the title in my hand. Indiana State only gives you 31 days. I called every week for 5 weeks to get the title from them. I bought this vehicle because it had low mileage. However the joke was on me because when I finally received the title through my own efforts mileage was listed as "NOT ACTUAL". So basically the value I thought I was getting is not actually there in the vehicle because the mileage is not actual. Naturally this was never mentioned when I paid over $10,000 for the vehicle. When I brought it up when getting the title they tried to blame it on the auction house rather than take ownership. I highly recommend you shop elsewhere there are plenty of used car dealerships in Indianapolis.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME HERE. We were told the car mileage was 112,556. On carfax it was over 250,000! This is odometer tampering and it is very illegal. Many people have reported this place but police can’t do anything. This place also has a grade F.

Don’t buy a vehicle here!!! They are changing out the cluster in the vehicle in order to alter vehicle mileage!!!! Here’s proof! They change the mileage on all of their vehicles. I looked at Carfax reports for over 5 vehicles on their lot. They buy them from auction with around 200k miles, then list them for sale for around 100k miles.

We came from Illinois to buy a car from them. One lady called us "sketchy" because we wanted to test drive other cars in their lot!! Pathetic. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from them. They are very unprofessional. The car I looked at had a tire pressure light on. They tried to tell me it was because "the breaks need to be changed"

We drove 2and half hrs to find out the miles have been changed. Not sure how you can do people that way and get by with it. I definitely would not recommend them to anyone. Not sure how the body shop is but the car lot needs looked into

We found a Ford Taurus online, it was advertised as having 113,166 miles. Carfax proved different it actually has 182,288. Wasted 2 1/2 hours of our day going to look at a car that had a flat tire when we got there.

Whatever you do DONT BUY a vehicle from KBB auto sales. They will tell you nothing is wrong with the car when there are lots of problems (hidden). They will make it seem like everything is in working function just to have the car break down the next day or two! They also don’t tell you if the vehicle is a salvage! They will “fix” the issue but come to find out they didn’t “fix” it which later caused other problems to the vehicle and having to replace and pay for double. Never have them work on your vehicle either they take way too long and they don’t do it right! Worst decision of my life!

We drove 5 hours to come pick up a vehicle that was listed as 130,000 miles, it didn’t work out, they sold to someone else before we got there. After we read the reviews of the dealership we saw that a lot of the reviews were complaining about odometer tampering, which is HIGHLY ILLEGAL. when we got the car fax report from our bank it was listed at 250,000 miles!! They are SCAMMING people! Blessing in disguise that our purchase didn’t work out. Extremely unprofessional and I hope they are shut down!

They did not stand by their product. My husband purchased a car advertised on facebook marketplace, as running good. But several days after the purchase when he tried to start it, the battery was run down and the car wouldn't start. Brandon's came and towed the car, but when we went to pick it up he was charged $119. Obviously the battery had not been checked before the sale. Therefore, it seems to me there should have been no charge. Would not recommend buying a car from this place.

this review is based on buying a car. I know nothing of their auto repair work The individuals I spoke with were super friendly, this is why I am giving it 2 stars. I wasn't impressed with the selection and advertisment. I went to look at a car that the ad said ran great. I was told it ran great and everything worked. I show up, and the air doesn't work, it missed out horribly, the hood didn't shut all the way and the check engine light was on. I get shown another car, and was told it was a good running car. It had an oil leak, some body work was done to it, and the staring was loose.
