I was greeted as soon as I walked through door which is always great l. I had an 10:30am appointment and was done with my brake service by noon. Def recommend to anyone looking for fast and great service.

In this day and age of mechanics looking for the quick dollar, Brakes 4 Less was totally honest when they told me my 2019 Kua Rio with 66642 miles did not need brakes. I took business cards to circulate to my friends and will definitely be back.

Four years ago, my dealer said I need new brakes. Took it to this shop, they showed me that I have at least a year before needing new pads. Eighteen months ago, Audi dealer said my wife needed new pads. Took it to this shop, they showed me she had at least a year before needing new pads. I'm taking the wife's car in this morning to get those new pads. Integrity can be difficult to find.

Jamal was friendly and informative. The service was completed when promised. I will be back. Update: The brakes started squealing, so I took my car back to them. The front rotors and hubs were rusted. The manager told me they shouldn't have sold me unpainted rotors. I asked him to replace them at no cost. He said he wasn't here when I bought them, and he couldn't help me. The tech who removed my wheels moved like a slug. He also didn't put my lugnut key back in my car, and I had to ask him for it. Terrible service.

The man who works the front counter is so great. Also when you call, you speak to a real human from the USA, rare thing these days. Prices are also good.

The manager Drew was very informative and friendly as well. Drew and his crew got right to work replacing all 4 rotors and all 4 brakes quickly and had me on my way.

They replaced my brakes cheaper then Arlington Toyotas out of this world prices. Hell Arlington charged me 26 dollars to change a burned out reverse light bulb. Brakes 4 Less did a outstanding job, not like Arlington Toyota

I gave it 2 stars because the guy out front was polite. Beyond that I was totally disappointed. I wanted to get my breaks done and was going to pay the $399.00 for the premium service. After they "looked" at my car, they came out and said I needed all 4 rotors and breaks replaced which would cost almost $1000. Then he said I could really get by with only getting the front rotors done and breaks all around for about $640. I asked if they could sand the rotors down he said no because they were too bad. I guess they thought as a woman I wouldn't know what I was looking at, so they didn't ask me to come and look at my car like they asked the guy before me to do. Anyway, I told him I wasn't going to pay that. I took my car somewhere else and found out I didn't need rotors all the way around. I was shown my rotors and surprisingly there was only 1 rotor in front that was bad. I replaced that one and all of my breaks for around $300. Breaks 4 less will NEVER get my business. I don't like being treated like I'm dumb because I'm a lady.

I needed new front brakes for my 2018 Honda odyssey and the staff were nothing but helpful and honest. The manager gave me the best cheapest option which I agreed to. I would definitely recommend this shop if you need brakes. Went in again for brakes on my daughter car (12/15/23) and aging they were great especially Ben at the front desk. I always find them honest and helpful.
