I called on my remote work day, they scheduled me right in, arrived to my home on time, and within 2 hours of my call. Pricing was fair, payment and scheduling were all managed through my phone. Chris here in Franklin was great. He gave me an honest inspection noting that nothing was needed to be replaced at this time, when the dealer was trying to say that all 4 brake pads and rotors had to be replaced. I appreciate the honest feedback, promptness and communication!
