I have always been a Brakes Plus customer and have had great experiences at different locations, but I was especially thrilled with the exceptional service I received from Robert Sissac, the General Manager at the Brakes Plus in The Colony. I stopped in with my BMW M850i because a plastic piece on my front lower bumper had broken and was dragging on the ground. I asked Robert if he could help me tape it or secure it somehow so I could keep driving, and he went above and beyond to assist me. Without hesitation, he took care of the issue right then and there—quickly and kindly—without expecting anything in return. His genuine kindness and willingness to help truly stood out, and because of him, Brakes Plus has earned a customer for life! The team at this service center go above and beyond to earn your loyalty. They are old school - honesty - telling you only what you need w/o seeking a big bottom line, and tell you things about your vehicle that you never hear from the dealers. This crew is all about keeping you rolling and doing it for the most reasonable cost possible. I highly recommend them after two successful repair episodes. They’ll have me coming back!

Went for an inspection - it was very easy and quick! They also helped me out with some other questions on my vehicle. I think my service guy was Robert - he was very helpful and did a good job.

Absolutely recommend this location. I have been here many times before when it was “ Goodyear”. Under the Goodyear name the service was ok. I took my wife’s vehicle in yesterday for a routine oil change. When I first arrived I was met by the manager of the location. He was kind knowledgable and eager to help. I was sitting in the waiting room for a little while thinking “ this is taking a while”. The manager came out and advised me that he needed to show me few things . We went out to the bay where he showed me issues with my wife’s vehicle . He did not try to upsell me in any way. He let me know it was his duty to show me what was going on with the vehicle . While the things he showed me was minor , the fact that they took the time to actually check / inspect the vehicle and bring issues to our attention before they become a “ big “ issue was amazing . The fact that they truly take the time to provide the utmost best customer service in the form of PROTECTING your family by making sure your vehicle is safe to transport is awesome! I said before I had been to this location numerous times when it was Goodyear , I had never been so impressed as I was yesterday . Previously it was “ you’re here for an oil change ?” In and out , that’s it . I was amazed by the time and professionalism shown yesterday . I will be going back to handle the issues brought to my attention. There is nowhere else I will take any of my vehicles . God bless all of the employees here at brakes plus ! Keep up the good work .

FINALLY!!! I’ve finally found a place I can trust. Robert was amazing at providing information and reassurance on the repair of my 2008 4Runner. I got spark plugs, ignition coils, and fuel induction service completed. Because of Robert and his values and honesty, I will be a lifetime customer of Brakes Plus for all services! The prices and value are far better than anything else in the Dallas area. Phenomenal job all around!

I got a notification on my phone that an air tag was placed on me for tracking. I stopped by and the guys were nice enough to throw my car up on the lift to look around underneath for me. Very greatful. I also use this shop for my maintenance needs and they're always honest. Highly recommend.

Came in for a quick state inspection. This might sound silly but as a woman I still get nervous walking into any car repair store even for a state inspection. Walked in around 9:15am and was greeted by a very friendly employee named Enzo. There was no wait. The gentleman that did my inspection was also warm and friendly. Thanks for a quick and nice state inspection.

It was my first time here and I was extremely happy with their service. Everyone was super nice, especially Daniel. I came here for a state inspection and it was very quick. The waiting area is also very comfortable and there is wifi in case you need to work during the wait. Will definitely be back for future services.

BE AWARE OF THE BAIT AND SWITCH! I came in for an alignment on my EV and had a coupon for $88. The guy that took my keys confirmed the coupon will work for $88. When it came time to review the alignment report I was told that there is a "different price" for EVs and it would be $120. They said EVs require "more labor" to do the alignment and the coupon said $88 but in small print it said "most cars". I understood all this but why didn't the guy tell me that from the get-go instead of letting me believe it would be $88. The manager came out and said he "couldn't go lower on the price and the guy that took my keys was new and missed telling me there is a different price for EVs". I told the manager that I was planning on giving a negative review because you can't agree to one price when I come in and tell me all of sudden that my car requires "more labor to do the job". They knew I had an EV from the beginning. Be aware of the upselling and that your coupon might not apply to your car and apparently there's a secret list that they will share later if your car is on it. Never had this issue when it was Goodyear. If I need to go to Brakes Plus, I'll go to the Little Elm or Plano location.
