I went to Brakes Plus over a month ago but ADHD happened and I completely forgot to put a review. But I got a couple maintenance items processed and the customer service and transparency was top notch. They did also show me that my engine gasket was leaking - and when I mentioned I might take a stab at it at home, the person gave me, a WOMAN, a bunch of things to consider while doing the repair at home - like check on my lil spark plugs to make sure the cathode didn't get burnt. And consider replacing the coils while I'm at it. This kind of customer service goes a long way - there are repairs that I like to try myself (it's fun!) and others that either require expensive equipment I don't have space for or take technique/time I'm not able to invest. I know that I am not going to be tricked into costly repairs that I never needed in the first place and that the jobs I do take my vehicle for will be completed meticulously with zero corners cut. This shop has earned a lifelong customer. :)

I’ve gotten 2 services done here for my Mercedes glc both experiences were great. Although with the first service (I forgot what it was called) I was expecting to get my car back in one day and it took two (major inconvenience). For the second service I was pretty much in and out, it was an oil change and to make sure all of my fluids and brakes and stuff were good. Can’t complain and will be back.

Kevin & Harley, always treat their customers with friendly attitudes and acknowledge of what they’re in there for. I’ve be a patron for 12 years. And I’ll always come back since Kevin is at the helm. Just bought personal tires for one of my vehicles (I have a company vehicle which Kev & staff take care of as well). The buying process was made easy due to Harleys knowledge… I always appreciate the great service; Kevin and his staff present! Thank you, Chris

Another facility that had no vested interest in my tires and alignment told me that my alignment was likely off and I needed to have my tires aligned. I came here to Goodyear to do that. They asked about my car and what other issues I had been having. I told them there weren’t any. He suggested checking my alignment before fixing it. I left with an alignment check and a $30 bill when he easily could have done the alignment and charged much more and told me it was all good now. Good and honest and I’ll be back because of that.

For the most part the staff was courteous and started on my car right away. They neglected to update me during my six hour wait; after being told it would only take two hours. When inquired why it was taking so long I was told they were waiting on a part to be delivered.
