These are my mechanics (TRUE STORY) and they have never done me dirty! I have been a customer for umm-teen years ever since they were Brakes Plus. They in fact have NEVER done me dirty. I just like a crap ton more NON-mechanics out there would ask why so much from time to time. But truth be told the love they put in and give after the fact is more then a lot of other establishments out here give! Most people see a $$$ walking through the door! I have called and they have helped me over the phone and have given me a min to catch up and a week later get my car to them. Other place don't help over the phone but instead immediately try to get you in the door.

This was my first visit to Meineke Car Care on Jones Franklin Road after being a satisfied customer of Brakes Plus at the same location for many years. I’m happy to say that Brandon and the team at Meineke have continued to carry on the high standards of quality work and customer service that I experienced at Brakes Plus for so many years. My 2013 Infiniti FX37 with 192k miles on it needed a lot of work from struts, brakes, replacing a leaking radiator and all the hoses to getting a complete tune-up. It’s been a great car for me and I wanted to keep driving it! The Meineke team did a fantastic job with everything. Brandon, the office manager, did a great job of keeping me updated with all of the progress along the way and it was just a great overall customer experience!! The car drives great now and I’m very happy with it! I will definitely go back to Meineke on Jones Franklin Road for future car needs and I would highly recommend it family and friends!!

I came here for state inspection, oil change and tire rotation. They found that I had a leak from the oil pan. Brandon told me about the problem they found and what it would take to fix it and cost. They got everything done at the quote that was given in a timely manner. I've never been disappointed at quality of service that I get here.

The team over at Meineke are very professional and knowledgeable. I had to get my truck towed to them and they were able to resolve my truck’s issue within 24 hours! My family has been going there for close to 15 years now (before they became Meineke) and never had a bad experience.

I have been to several places in the area for oil changes and inspections. I recently went to Meineke (Brakes Plus) for brake work. The service was excellent. They went out of their way to explain everything to me regarding what needed to be done. I will not need to look any further for my car care needs.

I recently got an oil change at the Meineke on Jones Franklin Road in Cary. The young man at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful, and they told me some things that I needed to address that I didn’t know about, but in a very nice manner, not like some places I’ve been to Where I felt pressure. I will definitely go back again!

I have been to this place for years and have always been treated with respect and they have always done a great job. They help me understand what is needed next on my cars and allows me to maintain older good quality cars for years.
