Honest and fair! I dropped my ranger off because the breaks started squeaking last week, they did the inspection and then called me back to let me know my front brakes were still at 8mm and my rears were still at 12mm, so no work was needed and the inspection was free.

I went in to have my brakes looked at since my vehicle was making a terrible noise. Unfortunately I was told that my vehicle was due for more repairs than I had expected. Though it was a shock to hear what I was needing to get fixed Jose, the manager, put me at ease. They were able to knock the price down enough to not make a person faint in public. They even managed to get my truck back on the road the same day. The people at the Ahwatukee Hills location are great, and I would definitely recommend going here if you have car trouble.

I went there to get my brakes checked because a year ago a mechanic told me that the next oil change would be time to replace the brakes! So I saw the sign BRAKES PLUS and thought I would go in before the brakes went out all together! Had to make an appointment for 1 hour later and they checked them and the report was wonderful: brakes WERE FINE? And they charged me NOTHING! On the lift for more than an hour! No charge! I know where I’ll go in future: BRAKES PLUS! And if I need oil I have them do that too!!

I had them do the front brakes on my wife's Jeep last year, and they did a great job. Last week I brought her Jeep in for them to do the rear brakes and, again, I was very pleased. These people are competent, friendly, and above all, HONEST. They got the job done a lot sooner than I expected, and the price was very reasonable. Completely satisfied!

My wife told me she had problems shifting our car so I test drove it and verified 1st and 2nd gear were binding. I brought the car to Brakes Plus where I was greeted by Dallin to have it evaluated. I brought this car to them before to get some work done and felt comfortable with them due to my past experience. They diagnosed my clutch being the problem and I agreed to the quote for the repair. The mechanic Jamar had previously worked on my car in the past so I was thrilled he'd be working on it again. As expected the repair was completed and thoroughly tested in the timeframe that was quoted. I'm very pleased with the quick repair and updates I received throughout the repair service process. Taking it further Dallin worked with me and looked for active discounts to help with the repair cost. Brakes Plus, I was impressed with Jamar and Dallin for their honestly and how they made me feel welcomed.
