After failing to connect by phone, Tony called me and encouraged me to come for an oil change and brake check though no appointment times were available. His crew got me back on the road in less than 45 minutes, with mission accomplished: oil change good for another 10K miles and brake pad thickness detail that confirmed the safe operations margins desired. As my car warranty has expired, their range of services and honest assessments will make Tony and crew my first consideration for all maintenance needs. I recommend them highly.

I dread taking my car anywhere for service. I stopped in for an inspection and Tony, the general manager clearly explained what needed to be done - he even showed me the problem and explained it to me. He was up front about what was covered by warranty (service I had done YEARS ago) and gave me a fair price. He called a Lyft for me and sent me on my merry way. I will certainly use Brakes Plus in the future!

Brought my Malibu in after hearing some disgusting noises, I know nothing about brakes but Tony found the problem immediately and got my brakes completely fixed at a very affordable cost and had my car good as new the same afternoon i brought it in. They're extremely professional, knowledgeable, affordable, and efficient. I will not bring my car to anybody but Tony.

Had some noticeable brake noises. Booked an appointment first thing, easily got one that worked. They got me set up and after diagnosing, they booked me a ride home on their dime. Took care of the deal and gave some recommendations for further service. I was happy with my experience. I appreciated that they took some time to help me understand the repairs. Thanks, Tony!

I didn’t get the free oil change for a good review offer. Kinda crazy how there were only 3 cars in the shop, Tony telling one scared lady how her car is going to not drive if she doesn’t do this now, to telling people to leave, they will be trespassed if they return and yelling thanks for wasting my time. Then turn around and there is another shop across the parking lot with full bays and people pulling in.

Phenomenal customer service and workmanship!! Tony and his staff are thorough, work fast, and care greatly about their customer's satisfaction. The management here places a lot of stock in developing the customer relationship with a truthful diagnosis and service product; a rare find in the auto maintenance service industry, so it seems at times. Tony's team was able to fully resolve my 2009 car's plaguing rear drum brakes problem, which 3 other companies could not do; at a very fair cost. They also solved multiple front-end suspension issues. Very Well Done! Thank you for going above and beyond, saving me time and money!! God bless!

Took my suv in for alignment due to post wheel installation shaking. I didn’t get the gentleman name who helped me, but he was great. He knew what the issue was before even looking at the car & didn’t heckle me into buying things that I didn’t need. I got my alignment as it was due & went to balance my tires at Discount. Superb service with decent wait times!

Went to Brakes Plus on Tatum to get my brakes checked. Tony was the main man there, and I would recommend going there for any of their services. He gave me the rundown of everything I needed, showed me while my truck was up on the lift and made sure I knew everything that was needed. Ended up needing new pads, discs, and calipers all the way around. He gave me a couple of quotes and saved me a few hundred dollars of everything. And in relation to other mechanics/dealership services, he saved me near a thousand dollars. Had me in and out of there in a matter of hours. Same day. I would highly recommend going here for any service you need. Tony is a straight shooter, and I value what he tells me

Jay and Tony were amazing! Prices were very fair and they were sure to educate me on my car and what to look out for when it comes to maintenance as well as suggested good cars to look into in the future. If you're a woman who has nobody to really lean on when it comes to advice with vehicles and maintenance this place is great. I always get nervous of getting ripped off, but here they are very transparent and honest with pricing. They also try to give you the best deal which is so helpful. Thank you guys so much for the help and I look forward to coming back for any future car needs!

Tony and his team at Brakes Plus are great! 10/10 would recommend. Scheduling online was easy and they actually read my notes. They were busy on a Saturday but organized and got the work done. I got brakes and oil change done and had them check for alignment which I ended up not needing. Most places would've just charged me and taken my money. I will be back!

Tony provided me with great service and information on the issues that I have with my vehicle. They completed a brake inspection and identified what were immediate issues and was very responsive to my questions. Highly recommend for brake service and repair. The repair was on time and the cost was great in comparison to other brake service shops in the area.

Very knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy. Treats customers with the utmost respect. Explains urgent repairs and repairs that should be done at some point, but can wait until later. Took me to the shop floor to explain and show areas of need. I watched many interactions while I was in the waiting area, and men and women were treated fairly and equally. I’m glad I brought my daughter’s car here for brake service and I have full confidence that she will be treated fairly when she returns on her own.

Definitely recommend coming here, Tony was very thorough. He definitely knows what he’s doing. Very straightforward, doesn’t sugar coat and will work with you. Was my first time using brakes plus, now will definitely use them again for my other cars. 100/10 !

I'm here getting an oil change and asked for a tire rotation and they just said no they don't have time.. my car is in there.. literally takes a min to rotate the tires what the actual hell 😑 it's 5pm..
