I was quoted a crazy price for brakes and rotators at Big O Tire and decided to give these dudes a try, and to my surprise, they were almost half the price. I came in as a walk-in and was out at a decent time. Armando was awesome and didn't try to upsale me on any unneeded services. I felt comfortable with the quote for services, and the service on my car was great. I will return for more maintenance. I do recommend this shop if you need reasonably priced honest quality work.

Took my car to do my brakes spoke to a guy named Armando had the greatest customer service. extremely knowledgeable about any question that I asked got my car fixed. Had an issue with the left front brake on my truck. Took it to Brakes Plus and they were able to quickly diagnose that it was nothing more than a missing bolt on a caliper. I had the brakes replaced there prior and they fixed it without charge. Great Customer Service.

I had a fantastic experience at Brakes Plus! I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, and they went above and beyond by also fixing my visor, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. The service was quick and efficient, and they made sure I was comfortable while waiting. I really appreciated their attention to detail and great customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back for future car needs!

I just went to check the air pressure of my tires and someone took care of it immediately. He explained to me about how the change in temperature affects the tires. I learned something new today. But he was really nice and professional. I always come here for all my car needs. Update, after this experience, my car started leaking oil and then weeks later the coolant. You know, when it rains, it pours. I took my car back to this Brake Plus location. I was offered quick service and the quotes were affordable. They did a great job! The manager Armando is amazing, knowledgeable, kind and extremely professional. I highly recommend this location!

The establishment is excellent, with great customer service. I had the opportunity to visit for my brake and rotor maintenance, to this place which was recommended by a colleague of mine. The person who helped me out name was Armando. Armando was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and engaging. His assistance was invaluable in enhancing my confidence and imparting a few insights about brakes and rotors that I was unaware of. Overall, my experience was extremely pleasant ahd even more important I have found a reliable, reasonably priced, and courteous place for my brakes and rotors service. I would highly recommend

Went in for air and noticed they did all kinds of repairs. So I had a quick oil change done and then they gave me this list to show how safe my car looks and things I can look forward to later to help keep my car running properly. I was very satisfied with the whole visit. The people here are nice and understanding and don't seem pushy like other places I've been. I think his name was Armando, the manager there, was very nice too and his team seemed to all like him as they were ready to do whatever was needed to make sure my car was safe.
