I had a very great professional service today. I took my truck in to get an alignment. They took care of the issue and are very thorough on explaining what needs to be replaced. Definitely recommend brakes plus!

They’re absolutely amazing! We drive all the way from Surprise to this specific location.. they’re always honest, tell you exactly what you need to do and don’t offer any extra things that you wouldn’t even need (we’ve had bad experience in multiple different places). Other than being great, they’re always really nice and friendly :) That’s the only place we take our cars to get serviced! Thank you🙏🏽

Fantastic work! Angel made sure I understood what was going on with my car during my free brake inspection and made me aware of issues I was unaware of even though I had my car inspected previously. I had an emergency need to get my brakes changed came to the brakes Plus on a Happy valley in Phoenix, they were swamped cars everywhere but still found the time to get me in and make sure that I was safe on the road I am truly grateful to the guys at break plus for the care that they showed my vehicle and the respect that they showed me I've been a customer at break plus for a while now but I will frequent this particular store because of the care they showed myself and my vehicle. Shout out to (Angel) and his guys for the save you guys are awesome. Thank you.

Got my car in here for service today and they were right on money from the moment I set my foot in here. They inspected my car for faults that other dealerships thought I the car had and found out that there was nothing wrong with it. They did make some minor adjustments but didn’t charge me a penny for it. Absolutely recommend this place!

I brought my car in for a simple oil change. I waited 45 minutes just so the mechanic (Luke) could tell me that my drain plug must be cross threaded because he didn’t have enough elbow grease to loosen the bolt up. Long story short, he didn’t want do thr oil change and I had to take my car to the dealer just so they could tell me the bolt was tightened to specs. In the end, I lost time and money, roughly $40 and the manager at this Brakes Plus at Happy Valley said he could care less.

I have been going here for a couple years. Kevin and Angel are honest, respectful and down to earth guys that make you feel comfortable with decisions and choices you may need for repair work. They don’t over sell and in fact have saved us money on second opinions from other spots. I will continue coming her for maintenance and repair work needed in the future and tell all my friends and family to do the same.

I came to Brakes Plus for some squeezing sound I thought was my brake indicator telling me I need new brakes. They took a look and said my brakes look brand new. They could have simply told me I needed new brakes and sold them to me but they were very honest and told me that just some of my hard wear was rubbing. They fixed it and sent me on my way. I would highly recommend Brakes Plus on Happy Valley and I’ll definitely be back!

I had an amazing experience yesterday. I had a minor fix with my car and the man that helped me was fast and efficient. He made it so easy and I sat in their room for no more than 15 minutes. All the staff was super friendly and welcoming when a costumer came in. I will be back!!!
