I got new brakes & rotors put on this AM. They were fast & kind, and they installed a minor exterior part I had ordered for my car for free, which was very muchbappreciated. I would recommend BrakesPlus to anyone!!

Lee, Grant, and Zayne went above and beyond to help me get my car in proper working order before they left, so I wouldn't have to make a second trip in from out of town. They communicated very well, informing me of the work to be done, where they were at in the process, and any changes that happened. The team was very kind and well-mannered! Would absolutely come back again for future needs! Thank you very much guys!

I've cycled through a few auto shops here in Lincoln trying to find one I like and after the service I received today I have definitely found one! Other shops I have been too try to oversell me, or talk down to me when explaining things, but that was not my experience here :) Lee went above and beyond for me, explaining everything in a way that didn't make me feel dumb, and even did what he could to make the services more affordable to me. I'm just a broke college student, and I was very worried when I saw my initial total. But Lee did what he could to help me out with the cost and for that I am incredibly grateful - thank you !!

If you want your car to he done right the first time bring it by them and they will get you taken care of!! Quick turnaround time no bs! Ask for Grant he will get you right. Have zero complaints about their service! Great shop!

Took my car in on a Thursday. Told my car would be ready by Friday at 3: 30pm. Next day comes around nobody gives us a call lets us know what's going on. So we called down there they say oh the part wasn't the right part so we have to expedite another part out. Said Car to be ready before they close for the weekend. Again did not call us to let us know what was going on with our vehicle that it wouldn't be ready. So we called down there a half hour before I have to be at my job. To find out that once again they do not have the job complete they don't even have it started. Once again they got a bad part with a bad seal or something just more excuses. So then they gave me a third date and time. Monday 10:30 a.m. that they would have it ready. It is 11:27 in the morning inow according to them they can't do alignments at the shop. There was a freak incident. So I think since there was three or four freak incidences during the process of working on my car I'd rather go somewhere else somewhere where I'm being contacted if my car isn't going to be ready in time. It's sad that they treat people like this
