Great first time experience at Brakes Plus in Frisco! Booked an appointment online for a break check. The staff were very friendly from the moment I walked in. They were very informative about what repairs were needed and provided suggestions that were affordable. I was out of there in 2 hours with getting my break repairs completed. Definitely recommend for all your car maintenance needs.

Brakes Plus was great! Quoted me significantly less than other places and was able to get in that day. Turn around time was quick for replacing both front and rear brake pads. Dawn was very helpful in going over the pricing with me and understanding the work being done to my car.

Justin and Andre was phenomenal and explained everything so well. The entire staff was friendly and respectful. Service was excellent! Will recommend to others for sure!!! 12/28/24 I had the pleasure of coming back here again to have my front brakes done and as expected, everything was wonderful. From the moment I walked in Justin was great and Don were super friendly and helpful. Tierney And Phillip were also phenomenal. They got me out of there in record time and I couldn’t be more pleased! My husband and I have been being taking our 3 cars here for about 2 years for oil changes and repairs. Whatever we have brought them in to get maintained or repaired, they always find another issue. We pay and get it all repaired. At the tune of an extra $1,000-1,500. This last time, I decided not to have the repair done. I took it to another shop that specialize in Mercedes. Guess what, the other shop found nothing wrong with my car! Brakes Plus in my option, cannot be trusted.

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change in person and was told to come back in a few hours so they could order the parts they needed since I drive a German car. When I returned at the time they instructed, they admitted they forgot to order the parts and asked me to come back the next day. They wasted hours of my day, and I find this level of unprofessionalism and poor time management completely unacceptable. I won’t be returning.

Super professional and friendly. Best place to go. They checked the brakes of my Rubikon pro bono and advised me that my oil cooler unit has a leak. Justin LeFevre the service advisor is responsive person.
