I was able to get my oil change st a good price and leave my car all day and get if after work. Very convenient and very nice people. I came in 4 days later when my scrap gard got torn up and they tacked it up right away so it would not drag. They got me right in. Again, very good service

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Brakes Plus. I've been a frequent visitor for air checks, and the service has always been satisfactory. However, my latest visit was a different story. The attendant checked my Toyota Sienna's air and claimed there was a hole in the tire with almost no air. He advised me to drive to a tire shop immediately. I asked if I could safely drive there and requested a check of the other tires. He assured me it was safe to drive but refused to check the other tires, citing he was too busy. I drove to the tire shop, only to be told that there was no hole in my tire and everything looked fine. This was not only a waste of my time but also caused unnecessary stress. I'm shocked that the attendant was so incompetent and couldn't even perform a basic air check correctly. I hope Brakes plus will take steps to improve their staff's training and provide better service in the future.

Great experience. The men here are personable, kind, honest, and efficient. They are transparent in their communication and services. I am so grateful that I was referred to them. Outstanding service. Felt like a family member and treated very well. Zane, Justin, & Mousa were great. They took great care of my daughter's car. They took their time to make sure the work is done right. Quality over quantity! Because of the incompetence of Discount Tire breaking a wheel stud, I had the repairs done at Brakes Plus. What was supposed to be an easy fix turned out to be a nightmare. However, these guys took care of me. During this work I discovered that my daughter's car also needed new brakes and rotors. Justin did an outstanding job with that work too. He also took the time to explain parts of the repairs. This meant a lot to me. I appreciate you all. I found my go-to place for brakes or other vehicle maintenance. I can't say enough about the people. That's what makes a company top rated. Keep up the great work and treating customers like family. Guy in front with glasses is shady. Had the young lady tell me I needed a brand new transmission and take it to Eagle transmission. That’s who they recommended. Another red flag. Got 2nd opinion and said no it’s fine. This was 6 months ago and the car works just fine. Come on guys
