Great experience. Very knowledgeable and didn’t try to upsell. Knew my pads needed to be replaced and fully expected the whole “you need to replace your rotors too,” but they were honest and said my rotors were good. Also got it done in less than 2 hours as a same day appointment. Will definitely be coming here again.

I've always had a pleasant experience with Don and the staff here. They always get me in and out with a proper explanation of everything that was done and needed on the vehicle. I will always come back here for service. 1/18/25 Edit: I came back today for some minor service, and the staff were extremely welcoming, helpful, and efficient. Definitely recommend this place for any automotive needs.

I just recently move to Frisco and had some squeaking coming from my SUV. I took it in for the front brakes to be checked and the guys found that the squeaking noise was coming from a heat shield that was bent over and rubbing on the drive shaft. I glad they took the time to isolate where the sound was coming from and not just say you need new pads and rotors. I would highly recommend them.

Had my car serviced and checked. They performed a diagnostics inspection on it because of possible leaks. Ali and the guys didn't find any issues and gave me half off for it. Great and friendly place to do business with.

I initially had my truck’s alignment done at Brakes Plus, but unfortunately, I’m no longer satisfied with their service. After the first alignment, my steering wheel was off-center, and they couldn’t align the camber because my truck didn’t have a camber adjustment nut. These nuts are relatively easy to install, so I ordered one myself, installed it, and brought the truck back for a proper alignment a few days later. To my disappointment, the manager said I would have to pay again, even though the alignment wasn’t fully corrected the first time. I tried explaining my perspective to the manager, but it didn’t make a difference. Frustrated, I took my truck to Firestone, where they performed a proper and thorough alignment. While I appreciated Brakes Plus’ initial effort, their unwillingness to make things right left me disappointed. Based on my experience, I’d recommend considering other options for alignment services.
