Came in thinking i needed new brakes ( I hadn't had them changed for 7 years now (I am very gentle with my brakes)), and Aaron kept it straight that they looked fine. Found some other issues I wasn't aware of with my honda. He was also adamant in ensuring that I knew exactly what my total cost would be. A lot of places keep things vague and try to screw me over (and some have succeeded). All in all, very happy with customer service.

This was easiest my favorite car experience. I walked in, and my new friend Devin helped me out so much. He was being calm, nice, and understanding of the situation I was in, and just wanted to help. He was great, and my new brakes feel amazing.

Best shop in the area! Aaron helped me figure out which of my ignition coils need to be replaced, couldn’t have done it without out his and the rest of the shops help. Highly recommend going to this Denton location, the people are great and willing to go out of their way to help!

I took my vehicle for brake service, after looking at my Truck, service advisor named Aaron explained to me that my breaks still had 6-8 more months of life and there was no need service them at this time. They did not try to sell me things that I did not needed. This place is great they was no high pressure selling tactics. This is the type of business I will recommend and come back for other work.

Today, I’m at Brakes Plus in Denton. While most shops are closed because of the cold, these guys are open and doing an amazing job. Van, the customer care rep, really stood out. Van helped me with an oil change, wheel rotation, and gave me a free brake check. Van took the time to explain everything clearly and even pointed out I needed new front brakes, which they replaced quickly. Van is super knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend Brakes Plus. thanks to Van and the team for great service.

Antonio, and Josh have very good customer service and they went the far mile to make sure my vehicle is serviced well. Josh went to check my vehicle before closing and he found and oil leak and I came in the next day to get all the oil change, gasket, oil pan, oil cooler assembly and diagnostic check and they have removed a majority of my error codes off my dash reader. Recieved a manager labor discount, and they refilled my windshield washer for free. They have also wanted to accommodate in giving me a lift to work but I had a ride situated. They did provide coffee and water as well. I was surprised they did all of the work in one day, but I couldn't pickup up my vehicle due to being at work. They treated me very well, fair, courteous, and with repect regardless of the condition of my vehicle. I definitely recommend getting serviced and will come back for future repairs. Thank you all!

Was having several issues with the car and thought I would be needing separate shops to do their piece of the work. I was shocked when Antonio came to me with the estimate that would take care of the issues I was experiencing. He took me out to the garage and showed me where and what was needing addressed. Their quote was clean and free of up-charges or excessive markups. More importantly it was reasonably priced for the work they performed. I’ll be using them again!
