FANTASTIC service!! I came in with no appointment because my car started making noises. They fixed me right up, Brett gave me a phone charger during my wait, and he even took a trip to find the right part that my car needed. So grateful for their kindness as I waited as well as their attentiveness to my needs.

Update: came back and still excellent service! Took me out to look at the brakes pads and explained the recommended service with no pressure to buy Needed new brake pads after being told at the dealer they were too worn. Knowing that the dealership usually charges more, I opted to shop around. I remembered this place opening up near by and gave them a shot. They did not disappoint! Chris was awesome and was able to get me in right away. He explained what would be looked at and then called me not long after to explain the recommendations. He explained it all thoroughly and was able to give an immediate quote. I was able to get my car back within a couple of hours and I found the pricing to be very competitive and definitely cheaper than the dealership. I highly recommend and I will definitely be back!

Came in today during the snow and trish came out and put air in my tires in the snow! She also let me know the fluctuations in temperatures would effect my tire pressure. Very sweet and helpful. Sebastian was even salting the walkway so we wouldn't all slip and fall.

I came in to get my brakes done and I’m pleased with my experience. Waylane assisted me with getting everything started he was very knowledgeable. Hill provided the services to my car. Both of them educated on the process and things that could help me in the future also. As a woman sometimes it’s difficult getting things done on your vehicle when you’re not educated on parts and processes. I trusted that they were providing me with the best options for my vehicle. I will be returning for future services! Thank you Hill and Waylane your help was greatly appreciated.

I had an issue with my car on Christmas Eve. I called my regular mechanic and they were closing early. I called two other places and they also were closing early. I was close to brakes plus and stopped by there and luckily they were still open. They took care of the problem quickly and had me out in about 20 minutes. They were very pleasant and professional. I would recommend them to any of my friends.

My daughter took her car in for a brake shimmy, and they also found a broken control arm. The entire repair of all brakes/rotors, and control arm took less than five hours, same day service. The supervisor Trish was extremely courteous and professional.

The services at Brakes Plus, 3620 Inwood Road are absolutely wonderful! Trish is fantastic! Not only is she the only female who works there, but she also takes the time to sit down and personally talk to you face-to-face. She mentioned that she prefers doing it that way, and it truly makes a difference. Trish breaks everything down in a way that ensures you fully understand what services your car needs, and that is something anyone can appreciate—I know I do! Trish is a fantastic communicator and put me at ease after my catalytic converter was stolen. I was able to get a new converter quoted and installed within 2 hours at a fair price. Sebastian did a great job on the car and had a lot of good advice about what to do in this situation. I will be going back if I need any other car service! Just came back for help getting my license plates changed after they were rusted on. Trish is the best! Will be coming back here in the future.
