They went into detail into showing what was wrong with my SUV and I came in for a service check and they also gave me very detailed paperwork on what was wrong and how much it was going to cost and they have very good technicians and they will answer any and every questions and the general manager Walter is very respectful very common smart knowledge when it comes to his location and what he's talking about in the store is very clear I would definitely be back and my husband will be back and I recommended him here and they have great coupons..Patrick is the MAN

Disastrous Experience - Damaged My Car, Poor Customer Service I took my 2019 Subaru Outback to Brakes Plus for an oil change, brake fluid flush, and front and rear differential service, totaling around $660. This was done on a Saturday, but my car broke down on the freeway by Wednesday. I had to call a tow truck, which cost an additional $205, to get it to Brakes Plus. After speaking with Patrick the following Thursday, he told me my transmission had failed, but claimed it had nothing to do with the services they performed. He also looked up the wrong vehicle when referencing the recall on my transmission. On Friday, I had the car towed to Sewell, where I learned that not only did Brakes Plus fail to complete the work I paid for, but they also caused the transmission failure. Instead of servicing the front differential, they drained my transmission and added the wrong fluid. This error led to over $13,000 in damages to my vehicle. To make matters worse, I tried repeatedly to contact corporate but had no luck. When I spoke to the manager, Walter, he refused to provide me with the corporate contact number, despite it being available on the website. Both Walter and Patrick were rude and spoke over me during phone calls, especially unless my husband was on the line. Brakes Plus has agreed to allow Sewell to repair the damage, but they've only agreed to refund me partially for the services and the tow. I had to file insurance claims for the rest, and I don't know how this will affect my rates. This whole ordeal caused a major disruption in my life. I lost work, potentially jeopardizing my job, and my family has faced significant hardship without a reliable vehicle. I would never recommend Brakes Plus to anyone. Their negligence and poor customer service have caused a lot of stress and financial hardship.

I came to Brakes Plus to get my squeaky brakes checked out and got a clear diagnosis by the guys. I worked directly with Patrick and Joe and they were fabulous. They both talked me through everything and were very honest. I appreciate their help and will continue coming back here.

I'm very disappointed and frustrated. I dropped off my Golf R for a rear brake job (rotors and pads) and to have the tires rotated. When I picked up my car, I noticed damage to the side skirt/rocker panel on the passenger side. The damage resulted from improper use of the lift. I spoke with the manager, who said he would take care of it and referred me to a reputable local collision center. He even wrote the contact information on the back of his business card. I took my car to the collision center, and the representative emailed both me and the manager the estimate. Ever since, the manager has avoided responding to emails, phone calls, and other communications. Even more disappointing is receiving no response from the corporate office after multiple attempts. As a result, I’m facing over $1K in damages to my car (with $1K of that being my out-of-pocket deductible), the cost of a rental car for three days, and far too much wasted time and frustration. Please don't risk it! Find a reputable, established, independently owned garage known for its integrity, service, and expertise.
