2023: Staff was friendly. Service recommendations were well explained without being overly pushy. Oil change/tire rotation took about an hour but my vehicle had some other issues so the wait was understandable. Documentation of work done as well as work recommended was provided upon leaving. Will be back in future. I am customer because of the mailer/coupons. Edit/Update as of 2025: I still come here religiously for oil changes. This is the least pushy and yet the most detailed of places. They always give me a full list of recommendations but never make it uncomfortable when running through them. Still 5 stars and recommend to all.

My car was in die or need of a battery-took it to a local retailer who assured me they could change it-WRONG-I was on crunch time as most places closed at 7-friend suggested I take it here and thank GOD I did- they got me right in-listened to me rant and rave about other place-assured me all would be okay-They got me in -fixed my problem and even aired up tires-all begot they closed with time to spare-Amazing service-Amazing Staff-you have earned my business and will be letting others know about you-Thank you!

I am an out of town law school student and I stopped by to get my headlight installed. They instantly got me in and I was there for maybe 15 minutes. Great, friendly service. Lou was great to work with and so friendly!

Take most the work I can't do at home to the Manawa store . Scheduling is great & so is the staff! Rates are market or better. Work is as promised and they stand behind it. They have not presented any suggested work that was not warranted. We have a 10 and a 20 yr old car. They're in good shape but stuff wears out. Alignments, fluid, brake work has been done top quality. We had a hiccup the other day with a steering wheel off-center after an alignment. Just scheduled to go back & they fell over themselves to make it right. Couldn't ask for better. Appreciate them being here.

Literally had my front wheel sound like it was about to fall off in Walmart parking lot. Called them and Ian got me worked in within the hour, diagnosed the issue even took me into the shop and showed me everything, got the parts and even did additional work needed same day, got me back on the road being I'm from out of town this was a huge help. Definitely recommend this place they'll do everything they can to help you and get you going as quick as possible and show you through out the process what's going on

I can not begin to explain how Ian, Amanda and Lou assisted me and my son. My son is there for college and he needed brakes before he drove 10 hours home last May, and they assisted us. Now we are back at school this fall and my sons battery goes out..they assited with a great towing service and was able to get his car battery running within the same day. Lets go to another issue, his alternator going out on him literaly 2 weeks later and they were so patient with me while I figured out what I could do to get his car repaired since I am hours away and it being the holidays and christmas break while my son had to fly home for break.. they allowed his car to stay there until after he returned back on campus and completed the task. They kept me informed the entire time about my options. Im sure I called them a million times, and they were so nice and helpful. It means alot to have an establishment that cares and understands in this economy and are willing to assist and help as much as they did for me and my son. Council Bluff residents, please know this is a gem you have here. Thanks so much to the entire staff on Manawa.. they are THE BEST!!

They have helped me twice when my low tire pressure light was on. Had me pull around right away and filled my tires for me at no charge. I appreciate them taking the time to do that for me because they were busy and could’ve told me no. They couldn’t have been nicer about it either. Thank you.

We were able to get a same day appointment for an oil change. The service member who checked us in was courteous and professional. The customer lounge area was clean and there was coffee available for customers.
