The General Manager of this location, Steve, is exceptional and sets a new standard for customer service. I brought my car in thinking I just needed pads when it turned out I needed pads, a rotor, and a caliper. Steve worked with me to get the price within my budget, even footing the bill on the house for the caliper. This is not something I asked for, or even expected. Rather something Steve offered. I will definitely be back for future brake and oil change services to support Brakes Plus and show my gratitude for taking care of me. This location appears to be a small business with just a GM and two advisor techs, so you’ll definitely get the personal one on one service you’d come to expect. If you need your brakes, oil, alignment, or fluids serviced on your car do not hesitate to come here. I can almost guarantee without hesitation you will have an exceptional experience that will bring you back!

He changed my troublesome passanger side light. I pulled in to ask if they did that, I was expecting to have to come back cause they were busy and it was almost closing time. He looked at it and got me in and out quickly.
