Fair labor prices, and honest quality work on my 2010 Hyundai and my 2001 Infiniti I30. They did the front brakes on my 2010 Hyundai replacing the pads and rotors. Did I throw a job for a good price was very satisfied. On my 2001 Infiniti, they had to replace the harmonic balancer pulley and seal saving me $250 thank you guys for being consistent!

I had an amazing experience with this brakes plus….. I had my window go down and couldn’t get it back up , I was worried about the possible cost of this repair…. Mike and his technician went above and beyond and helped me out! I will absolutely be returning to this brakes plus again for future repairs …. Just hopefully not too soon lol….

Matthew was fantastic. Came in for an alternator, and after tests he called back to tell me my alternator was fine. Instead, they repaired my battery terminals for an efficient price. Can't tell you how many places would've replaced my alternator anyway. 10/10, will visit again.

Matthew was great in giving me an honest timeline for completion, keeping me up-to-date on the progress, and making me aware of items that needed replace/repair, as well as, showing and explaining me the difference. I had stopped going to Brake Plus in 2009 for lack of customer service and service being completed. I took a chance, and Matthew is the reason why I will come back again.

Perfect experience with this Brake Plus, I had a broke water pump in my 2018 Honda Civic. And the price to repair was about $1,130 keep in mind I called three different shops that gave me a price range of $1,500-$1,800. BUT Matthew was able to help me out and lower that price to $913.33. I would absolutely recommend anyone to this shop and will definitely come back again. But thank you again Matthew and the Brake Plus mechanics I am grateful! 5⭐️

If anybody needs any work done in the car, this is a place to go! Mike helped me out tremendously. I had multiple other quotes from other shops for some simple work I can’t do myself and nobody made me feel as welcome as Mike and his crew did. The customer service was great and they did a great job with my car as well. This will be my go to spot from now on.

Best customer service of any mechanic shop from Virginia to Colorado. Great price, great employees, great work. I loved that they explained everything to me prior to the work beginning and when they found an additional issue they explained it in detail. Got brakes and rotors serviced. I will be back to get the rest of my service done. Thanks again guys for taking such excellent care of us today!

Honesty and integrity. They could have charged me 500$ for a wheel bearing, but discovered I just needed rear axle nut to be tightened! They were quick, efficient and got to the root of why I heard noise coming from the rear of the vehicle. Also saved me from a potential wheel coming off while driving! My new go to place!

Replaced my brakes here. Life warranty. Got my water pump replaced and a couple other services. The staff is always respectful and friendly and they have good prices and are honest and do reliable work, The military discount is a blessing thank y’all so much.

These guys are the absolute best. Went in with a terrible experience i had gotten from a "friend" which was supposed to been a simple brake pads replacement, well he messed them all up somehow and since I just had surgery I couldn't do them myself. Well lesson learned I took my escape here and the crew totally took care of me by going way beyond & above knowing i had already been dealing with such a mess. They fixed the issues my friend caused without even charging me when they inspected it to make sure my vehicle was safe .. I did need to get some other work done as he also made me blow out wheel bearings so of course paid these guys to fix it and now my vehicle is back to great! A great experience and now will take all my family vehicles here for life & Many referrals. Thankyou!

While I appreciate the work they did on my car, the service took WAY too long. My appointment was at 9am and my car wasn't ready until 2:30! Be prepared to hear "it'll be ready in an hour" which i guess means 3+hours

Went to brakes plus with my Toyota Highlander having a weird noise in the front suspension. Mike went over the whole car and told me I needed new shocks. They got it done by the next day. Was a great overall experience. Thanks Mike and team at brakes plus!
