Jennifer was Awesome! Set up an appointment to get my Brakes replaced...upon inspection realized needed to get my Axels replaced also. Worked out a plan to break it into 2 different dates which helped. Jennifer kept me updated thru the service and the price and duration were both better than originally expected...very happy and highly recommended!

Went in because I was hearing some weird noises, they got me in and completed the job in under 3 hours. They showed me what was wrong and explained everything. Dario is a great employee. Highly recommend this place.

Usually have a great experience, everyone is usually nice. Came in for the first time in a while for help with my battery and a possible warranty exchange and Jennifer was completely rude has 0 customer service definitely needs some training on how to properly talk to customers. Smile maybe has a total RBF. Customer service may not be for her.

My family and I previously went to other brake check locations and none of the other locations were willing to help us within a 1 and half hour window time. I am from Houston and searched for a last minute brake shop bc my car started making a noise as I was about to start my drive from Colorado to Houston. The employees at this location were all very helpful especially Dario at the front. He understood our needs and made it possible to get the brakes changed before our drive back. Very nice and helpful people, highly recommend!
