It snowed today and I was driving through the springs from Denver to Pueblo had to put oil in my car and I dropped the cap to my oil went to advance auto parts. They didn’t have a cap so I thought let me try brakes plus next-door and that I did. Three gentlemen came to my car, helped me with the gas cap. They looked for mine and saw that it was no longer with me so they had one laying around and they put it on my car and I get to move on and get back home to Pueblo in this cold weather. These guys were all so very nice. I asked them how much and they said nothing it’s good to do something nice for somebody sometimes seems like a good team they have here and you know you get great service. There’s a good team anybody that lives in the Colorado Springs area. I would say go here For your brake services and anything else they have to offer because they are an awesome three gentlemen and that I really appreciate.

LaRae and Christian were a top notch customer care team. Customer service does exist! They did a great job winterizing my truck (just needed a coolant change) but inspected everything to make sure I was good to go before a big trip. I would trust and recommend this place to others. Totally awesome. Showed up without an appt and asked for a tire rotation and brake inspection. They had my car in the bay within 40 minutes. Once all the tires were off, they invited me out to see my brake pads. No pressure, no upsell, just a "everything looks great." Everyone was very friendly, professional, and the price couldn't be beat!

Was driving through the city when my car let me know I had a broken taillight. I immediately called around to various places that couldn’t fit me in. I called this place as a last minute whim and they were able to help me out. The service at this brakes plus was top notch. Silas and his team give exceptional service. I appreciated that they did not try to sell me on air filters or anything. It was so refreshing to have a team that just fixed the issue while also checking other parts of the car. Definitely will be using this brakes plus for anything I need in the future!

After being given false information and exorbitant pricing by "professional" shops that actually screwed up my expensive truck, these eyes came in like a breath of fresh air and got 'er done correctly and fast.
