Work next door, had a couple hours free and decided to swing by to get my brakes looked at and flushed, great service, the service writers up front were really nice and helped me find out what I need it only took a little bit less than an hour even tho i was a walk in, 5/5 stars 👍👍

3 different people I told to leave my car outside so I could pick it up after hours and none of them could follow though. Now I have to miss work for your mistake and waste even more of my time and you weren't even able to perform the repair I requested. If they can't follow simple instructions, they shouldn't be working on your vehicle. Please go somewhere else for your repair and maintenance needs!

Truck wouldn't go into park when stopped suddenly. Called KT and he had me bring it in and was seen by Matt in 30 minutes. Matt was able to deduce that snow and ice were blocking a lever. Cleared it out and was on my way. Can't see taking my vehicle to any other shop.

This was my first visit to Brake Plus, and KT, Matt, and Austin were incredibly helpful in ensuring that my rotors and brakes were safe. They are an awesome group of people! I have a 2017 Tacoma with over 100,000 miles, and it definitely needed new front brakes and rotors. They were super fast and efficient, yet they took the time to show me what needed to be replaced and provided tips to help keep my truck running for another 100,000 miles. I would definitely recommend Brake Plus off Woodmen—10/10! 🤙🏼

The woman who worked here was rude and argumentative. The guy was nice even though they took 2.5 hours to do an oil change with 3 cats in the bays.

Zanyne & Kit took care of me helping me get my gas cap open so I could get gas in my car! They helped me no charge and wrote up a report for the problem for future issues.

I came here with a truck that needed a lot of work. They were very patient with me, and guided me through the process. Being a teenager it’s hard to go into shops and expect honesty. But here, they are nothing but honest. It’s amazing to have a shop with such fast service, amazing customer service, and a warming welcome atmosphere. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Whether it’s an oil change, or an emergency, this is the place! ALEC and KJ are top notch!

KT and Abigail were fabulous. They were so kind and patient and understood that I was very stressed out with what all was needing to be done. I did not feel targeted and I did also personally love that Abigail was who worked on my car. She spoke to me like an equal and it was just an all around great experience for such a crappy situation.

Went in needing an alignment after replacing front end parts on my Honda Accord and not only were KT and his team incredibly respectful and kind, but the tech did a great job on the alignment. I was concerned there would be issues but not only were there no issues, I was in and out in no time! The price was less than I expected for a 4 wheel alignment as well! I definitely recommend them and will be returning in the future.

I appreciate the Brakes Plus on Woodmen and Powers going above and beyond quickly fixing a small issue following my getting brakes done elsewhere. I discovered a loose brake wire dragging and making noise while driving, I was concerned this could cause damage. Brakes Plus lifted the car and promptly adjusted the line. I appreciated their willingness to help me out!

I brought my 2017 dodge journey in after doing struts and camber bolts for an alignment. I inadvertently installed a couple bolts wrong. They told me to take it home and flip the bolts and come back so they could finish the job. While waiting in the lobby I witnessed a very un willing customer. While interacting with a employee who was trying to help this customer out with a coolant issue. He sat in the lobby and wrote a very negative review before his car was even finished even though she was doing everything in her power to help him out this place has always been awesome and makes you feel like family I'm not sure why he couldn't just accept the help and stay off reviews to see if he was happy with the transaction. People are too fast to judge and have no patience.

I had a 9am appointment for an alignment I was there right at 9 and I asked if there would be any issues with the wheel size of my truck they said there wouldn’t be so I left and over 2 hours later they called me telling me it won’t work. Complete waste of time

I was aware of a coolant pipe leak in my car, but I had been driving it for years without any issues. After a routine oil change, the shop suddenly claimed the pipe was completely broken, making the car undrivable. They initially quoted $500+ for the repair, but after some intense argument, the manager agreed to waive the labor, bringing the total down to about $230. It still seemed suspicious to me—how does a car go from perfectly drivable to undrivable after a simple oil change? I have every reason to believe they may have damaged the pipe to charge me for repairs. Update: After seeing my review, the manager waived the entire charge. Regardless, I won’t be coming back to this shop. It’s a very unpleasant experience.

We brought our car in with what we thought was a coolant leak, causing smoke/steam and splattering fluids on the engine bay. The team kept us informed through the entire process! KT and Abby were especially helpful and so friendly! They all stayed 30 minutes late after closing to make sure we got it back same day. :) can't recommend enough!

We brought our Acura for the noise it was making after my son ran over an object. This shop and front desk were extremely helpful, professional, and pleasant. They told us there was a minor bent that they fixed it and no charge. I realized time they spent diagnosing the problem and not charging us was the greatest thing that made my son very happy. We appreciate their honesty and professionalism. We highly recommend this shop!
