Very helpful, welcoming and understanding staff. Took great care of my car and relieved all my concerns/worries. Even allowed me to check out my car myself which most places typically don’t do. Great hospitality and good service.

Brought my truck in after over a year previous to ask for an updated quote over a repair needed. Price actually went down over that time and they asked if I wanted to come in tomorrow and that they would have the job done that day. Said lets do it and they took care of the job, even making sure to diagnose the issue again to make sure they were fixing the right things and slight adjustments were made to fix the root cause. No additional work was pushed on me that was unnecessary. Overall great place to bring your vehicle for almost any type of repairs.

Super helpful and friendly staff here. They helped me with a free inspection where they drove the vehicle and removed the wheels to inspect the brake components (front, rear, emergency brakes and rotors). They showed me what they found and provided quotes at multiple price points with a thorough explanation for each line item. Staff has a wealth of knowledge and is open to listening.

Wild Rabbit chewed up something in my engine area. Staff got me in quickly and assessed my car without charging me. Thankfully no major damage. Staff were friendly and helpful. They also provided me with a tip on how to prevent damage in the future. Will definitely use them again.

I was helped by Bethany, a woman so veritably sanguine that I went home and read Hippocrates. She was a lovely representative and human from the second I walked in. We made small-talk about the good old days of the Honda Civic, so you can even be assured that the ladies here have some taste. When an unanticipated and expensive problem arose with my vehicle, she brought me into it and showed me my rotten control arms, so as to make sure I knew what was going on, and helped my impoverished ass with some triage so as to make sure I was driving a safe vehicle and not worrying about being taken advantage of on the bill. The mechanic did great, my car drives like the champ it was born to be. Get your car fixed here for a reassuring experience, and thanks Bethany!

Brake's Plus is awesome! I was out and about, almost got home, and realized my tire was almost flat. It was a little after 5:00 when I showed up to Brake's Plus on Marksheffle. It was Christmas Eve Eve. I had gotten a huge roofing nail stuck in my tire. They were quick to put on my spare. I really appreciated them!! Thank you guys!!

It was a bad whiteout today and driving home from work was a nightmare. All my tires were running extremely low on air and every air pump station I drove to was out-of-service. I called Brakes Plus and spoke to Jordan on the phone about my situation. He told me he’d be more than happy to help repump my tires— I got there and was greeted immediately by him and the service was very prompt and smooth. He also showed me where to look in case I ever need to know how much psi my tires need. Thank you guys!

What an experience. Show up for my 12:00pm appointment at 1145 for an oil change, tire rotation and cabin air filter on Saturday the 16th of December. Was told it would be an hour and half at the worst. I didn’t leave until 350pm. Incompetence and negligence. Please see pictures… I wake up to a pool of oil the next morning. Mind you, no leaking from the oil drain prior. When I get under the car to see wtf is going on, THE DRAIN PLUG is now in half. Please do the work yourself if you want it done right. 2017 Audi A4. Will not be bringing my car here. Oh! And I didn’t even get the cabin air filter. So if you want to possibly seize your engine, bring it here. Whoever was working on this car, needs to be evaluated.

Had a turn signal bulb fail and Kevin fixed it in a few minutes. Super convenient and helpful. 5/6/24 Just got an oil change at Brakes Plus on Marksheffel. Quick and easy, this is the place to bring your car. 11/20/24 Well, the honeymoon is over. Called 15 minutes before close and was put on hold and left there. They must have been really busy. Congrats to them for having so much work to do that they don't want my business anymore. Never going back.

I had the brakes replaced on our car a few months ago. When I got home I realized the wheel lock was missing, so I went back and picked it up. Recently I realized that one of my wheel lock lugs was not put back on my vehicle. So make sure when you leave all of your lugs are in place, lesson learned the hard way….

I went in to have my battery replaced. Jordan is who helped me and he was so kind and professional. Reassured me that the job will get done quick and that they would make sure to complete other tests to make sure nothing else was wrong with my car. I dropped my car off at 8am and it was done at 9am! I am very happy with the service and the staff. I recommend this place 100%!

This is a first for me. I had my oil changed from another company (referring to them as Company X) and had their inspection. They quoted me $250 for front brakes and another $250 for rear and said I needed to change my brake fluid. I called Brakes plus and Taylor answered and was able to give me a preliminary quote. It was already cheaper than my previous quote from my inspection from Company X. I went in today and Jordan took notes of why I came in and he explained to me that they'll do the inspection and confirm the findings from Company X. Jordan took me to my car and showed me each rotor and brake pad size and showed me the fluid. Jordan said he doesn't see any issues with my brake system. He treated me exactly as if I was part of his Ohana (family). Eventhough I didn't spend a dime with them today, I am sure my money will be worth every cent when I go here. Mahalo (Thank you) Taylor and Jordan for makimg me feel as if I am a part of your Ohana.
