The BEST experience I’ve ever had with an auto repair shop. Went in on my own not knowing what to expect in terms of work and pricing. And they were amazing!!! They took such great care of me and my vehicle. I got what I needed done at an affordable price and left feeling great and happy with my overall experience! I will absolutely keep coming back to this location!!!

Friendly and reliable. They seem to treat all customers the same regardless of gender. They went out of their way to address a small oil leak after service today even though they were shorthanded. I’ll continue to use them for my vehicle service.

I took my car to their facility a couple of times. The first time was to replace some sway bar links and rear stabilizer bar bushings. During this visit, they also had to replace the lower front left ball joint and while doing that, had to replace the front left caliper (cost on them) because of accidental damage (totally understand). Next visit I took was to replace all 4 struts. When I picked up the vehicle, my daughter and I got in the car and the buckles in the back were tucked under the bench so they had to pull it back in to remove the bench to get the buckles out (mistakes happen, no biggie). Once that was complete, I got back in the car and started backing up and heard a clang, something metal hit the ground and then my car stopped going in reverse. The front left caliper, which was replaced in my last visit, was not bolted on properly, so they had to pull it back in and remount the front left caliper. The next morning, I took the same car to another shop for some exhaust work and on the way there, the front right of my car produced a clanging sound when I put it in reverse. As I drove it to another shop, I heard a vibration sound coming from the same spot of the car (front right). I asked the other shop to see if they could see any issues in the front right of my vehicle. Come to find out, the upper right control arm was loose and not bolted correctly (they tightened it for no cost). I did reach out to this location and brought the vehicle back in for them to double check all the work they did and make sure everything was tightened, which they did for no cost.
