This location was amazing! Got me straight in as a walk in & took care of me right away with no issues. Was in & out with in thirty minutes. Amanda at the front counter, was friendly, respectful, & greeted me as I walked in. Will definitely be returning!

Super disappointed in the service my mother received earlier today. The workers were incredibly rude! Then they proceeded to tell mother (who is an older woman) that she needed to carry her own car battery back to her car. YIKES. Would not recommend elderly people visit this location unless you're looking to get your back thrown out :/ Anyone have any recs for where we should go next? Is it just this location or all brakes plus?

Drove in for an alignment a couple days ago–mild vibration coming from the front right wheel. Stephanie was Awesome! The mechanics got the vehicle right in and found the problem immediately. Turns out there was a crack in the rim. They couldn’t fix the wheel at this location, but Stephanie called 3 different locations including the Ford dealership to get an estimate for me. Incredible service!! Wish I could take more of my maintenance here!

Friendly and knowledgeable counter staff. Everyone I dealt with was honest and forthright. Reasonably priced. I always take my auto repair business to Broadmoor Brakes Plus! The mechanic (Lucas) that worked on my Subaru was a pleasure to watch as he is methodical and thorough in everything he does. It is very obvious he loves his work and has been doing this along time.

Hi! I went in cause I was hearing grinding when I stopped, they were able to discover a small rock had gotten between the strutt and break-pad. Otherwise my brakes are as good as new! Thanks to Brakes Plus for gving me peace of mind.

I always come to this location for an oil change and I had an issue with my lights and some other mechanical issues that I didn't have the cash for the repairs today but they did a thorough inspection of my vehicle and gave me some options. And to tell you how great these guys are and the quality of work that they do they fixed the issue with my lights for me, and gave me a coupon for my oil change! And Amanda! I can't say enough about Amanda! She gave me one of the BEST customer service experiences that I have ever had at this location.

I have had many services done here on 2 vehicles over many years. The last 2 times I have been here in 6 months time, the service has been even more exceptional. Amanda helped me and the 3 people I spoke with during this repair were very pleasant. I felt that my business was appreciated. During this visit, my Ford Ranger needed a new water pump and radiator hose. They repaired something else without charging me and I also mentioned that one of the pins on my hood attachment that allows the hood to open, needed replaced. They fixed this for me and stabilized the other without charging me. I greatly appreciate this type of service. I have been generally satisfied in the past, but it seems that the communication and willingness to make things right go above and beyond what I have experienced. The ladies that I worked with are very good and considerate. Having a repair shop you can trust can be stressful. It would be wise to consider this shop for your maintenance and repairs.

Staff is very friendly, honest and informative with any and all questions. I've been taking my toyota to brakes plus for 3yrs and will continue too. Went to another shop and they insisted I needed new rotors on the front to replace the front pads. I knew I didn’t. Saw good reviews for this shop and that they could machine the rotors smooth for $40. Sure beats 300 for new rotors. Amanda at the front desk was pleasant and easy to talk to. Thanks! brakes are like new.

Have been visiting this BP location with two cars for a couple of years now without issue. I truly appreciate the fact that that their front desk staff are great communicators, warm and friendly, and have not once been pushy or tried to upsell any additional work on the car. I took my Mazda to this Brakes Plus location on Abbot Ln for a brake fluid flush, fuel induction service, replacement engine air filter, and replacement cabin air filter. Sean and the staff were excellent! They serviced my car in about an hour, and the price was significantly less than the dealership's. I will definitely come back to this location!
