Very nice and professional. It was a very smooth transaction. I work from home so this was super convenient. They sent a tech to my home, he was professionally dressed. I've never seen such a clean mechanic lol. He left no mess and fixed the brakes on my car in about an hour. I will be using them again in the future.

Brian did such a great job fixing my VW jetta brakes, he diagnosed the issue and gave me an estimate before changing anything on the car (prices were cheapest I got from 3 different shops) he was also very friendly and transparent with the whole process. I would definitely recommend him to work on your car. P.S Brian came to my house and did the job at the parking lot in record time, how awesome is that?!

Brian took great care of my Jeep Patriot. Now I can check another maintenance off my list. I think I'll have them back for my other vehicle. Update: Just had Brian back out to fix up my Subaru. He handled every issue and worked around my schedule. My car has been sitting for a year after putting off a brake job. Brian replaced all 4 tires, 4 brakes, a caliper, my battery, fluids, and took care to start it gingerly. I had to work that day and Brian kept me updated all day and brought my baby back to life. It was a lot of work and he was dedicated to the cause. I can't speak highly enough of Brakes Now and Brian specifically. Use them for your vehicle maintenance and you will never go to anyone else. They have a customer for life in me.
