Although we were met with some technical difficulties under this mercury retrograde, I was still able to receive great service with a reasonable price for all of my brakes. If zero was an option that’s what my rating would be. I made an appointment for 2pm, at 3:20pm my vehicle was parked in the same parking spot I parked in. When I arrived they said they were running a few minutes behind. Unacceptable to be over an hour late. Why schedule appointments if there is no expectation of being started remotely close to the appointment time! I will take my business elsewhere.

They did a thorough inspection, physically showed me what I needed done and worked out a way to save me money and made my vehicle safe to drive... Manager and staff were outstanding! And waiting area and parking lot and garage and restrooms are clean!

The front desk attendant was rude because I didn't want the up sale he was presenting. I had just taken my vehicle to the dealership so I knew exactly what service I needed. He then went on to tell me their $239 service is not a good product and I need to buy the more expensive brake service. All this took place over the phone after the free inspection. When I AGAIN said I would like the $239 brake service he hung up on me. They lost a customer FOREVER! Here is the idiot with the bad manners.

This place is a joke! Do not waste your time or your money at this dump. The people that work there are incompetent! I took my care in on Thursday and was gaurenttee the work would be done by the end of the day. Then they called and said it wouldnt be done. The next day I called they didnt have my name or phone number in the system and had done no work on my SUV. Then I called Corp and that was even worse they had no idea what to do or who to put me in contact with. After they called the shop to tell them to perform the work. I got a call from the shop telling me my car would not be worked on for several days. These people should not have a job period.

Advertise one price, then hit me with a $1200 estimate. If it’s too good to be true it is. Next time I’ll have my car inspected at the dealership then get an estimate from these guys. Film flam

Had an appointment at 3 pm car wasn’t on the rack until 4pm. I brought my own parts and the techs said the parts were the wrong size. I even went back to where I got the parts and they matched the specifications of the vehicle and got the same results. I brought new rotors with the same specifications from a different parts dealer and they did not realize the first set of rotors would have fit if they would have taken the old ones off. My wheel hub is tapered and they would not have figured that out or unless they would have removed the old rotors first. Lost an additional 50 bucks due to returning parts from one dealer and going to another parts dealer that was more expensive just to get the same rotor. I used this place as an emergency place to get brakes and rotors done and it bit me in the rear. Car finally done at 6pm.

I have never had a better experience at any car repair place! Anthony the manager in training was one of the most professional people I’ve talked to! He was understanding of my financial situations & what I truly needed! There was no pressure to pay more, in fact, I was informed on what I truly NEEDED and that’s what I paid for! Then Braxton the current Manager at the Colerain Avenue location dealt with some complicated customers before me & gave me a discount just bc I had to witness that uncomfortable exchange! He didn’t have to do that! I HIGHLY recommend everything they do!!! The customer service is top notch!!!

They did an excellent job on my brakes. Very quick and professional
