I give this place a 5 rating. Paul and his team went above and beyond the call of duty. There were other issues that they found while looking at my breaks and brought to my attention as well as showing me. He was very clear at explaining my needs for my back breaks as well as noticed my tram fluid was extremely low. He was kind enough to get me some an outing my car. His team took time out to talk to you as well and made you feel very comfortable and confident in their services. I give them a 5+ rating and would recommend them to anyone. Can’t thank them enough for their help!!

My experience was great. I scheduled an appointment. I left my car at the shop. They called and gave me a diagnostic of my braking system, made some recommendations, and left the choice up to me on how to proceed. There was no haggling, no extra sales pitch, just straight to the point. My appointment was at 10am, called and gave me diagnostics at 11am, my car was ready to go at 12pm same day. Reasonable pricing. Thanks.

If I could rate this establishment ZERO stars, I would. I was quoted a 2 wheel package for $159 including pads, rotors, and a 12k mile warranty. I make an appointment and walk in to the guy asking “did they tell you about the price over the phone?” I said yes, the $159 package for rear rotors and pads. He said “We don’t offer that package, it’s going to be $500.” After restating to him that is NOT what I was quoted over the phone, he got upset and started slamming items on his desk around. I politely thanked him, told him to have a good day, and left without any work done to my vehicle. This place is a scam and will tell you anything you want to hear just to get you to walk into their establishment. Won’t last long here on the West Side with that kind of mentality. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Making an appointment online was a fast and easy process. I showed up at my appointment time, was checked in and my car pulled into the bay nearly immediately. They brought me back to show me the issues with my vehicle, discussed action items and price and were able to get me back on the road within 2 hours of my appointment time. Customer service 10/10. Will definitely be back for all my brake needs in the future and highly recommend for an affordable and efficient brake repair!

I scheduled an appointment for the same day as I called, Denise on the phone was very nice and helped me as much as she could. I show up for my appointment at 2:30 and they tell me that they can’t do it today, I had only called an hour or so before coming in and there was no problem at the time of the call. Really frustrating because I could have looked around or got to another location before people stoped taking same day appointments

Honest guys. I thought I needed 4 brakes replaced and they told me I only needed the back roter and brakes replaced. It saved me a lot of money, and I would recommend them to my friends and family

When I went in the experience was good. Then, i was told something different. When the employee was confronted he got upset and threw the old rotor pads across the room. Very unprofessional.

I had to sue Brakes4Less in small claims court due to faulty brake work done(that manager that worked on my car is no longer there). Brakes completely went out in Feb '24 of this year while on the road. Total lawsuit was for $2600. They initially denied any wrong doing but eventually tried to settle.

It took longer than expected for inspection. Someone who came behind me was serviced before me. Expensive repair cost not living up to it's name. Friendly informative representative. At least the inspection was free.

They helped me fix my car for half the price PepBoys was going to and helped me understand everything that I needed done and more. The staff was polite and friendly and I will definitely get all my car maintenance done here from now on!

Brakes 4 Less saved the day! Rolled in with my brakes grinding, but AJ, Damond, and Brian swiftly ensured my family's safety. AJ's detailed explanation of the brake and rotor issues was a bonus. Despite my tight schedule, they delivered express service with excellence. 20/10, I highly recommend Brakes 4 Less for top-notch safety and service!

Courteous, transparent and professional crew. I brought in a car I recently purchased and found out that my brake pads were in great shape but the rotors will need to be changed soon. I appreciate that they didn't try to oversell me on anything and were open and honest about what to watch out for when it will be time to come back. They also had one of their mechanics check out an oil leak during the inspection and they brought me out and showed me everything to see for myself. The head mechanic and assistant manager were top notch and a really nice and helpful all around. Happy I found this place and would recommend them to anyone :)

I was hit with the bait and switch at bakes for less!! Was quoted on the phone 159.99 taxes included for front breaks, they ended up charging 199.00$ . Then started saying I need all this other stuff done taking off my back tires till I stopped them saying I came for front brakes nothing more. I’m a very un satisfied customer a will never go back there. I was there from 10:30 am till 1:45 pm while others came and went. Their staff member was rude starting an argument telling me what I could and couldn’t say about the situation and their company. Brakes for less is a ripoff!!!

Not impressed with this company, went for brake inspection brakes had low pedal feel, selected middle package special, appointment @9am , At 10:15 was told all rotors and pads are bad, quoted me premium package price of $1015.. Immediately tried to upsale me even though I selected my package services, every customer that was there was quoted a price above $1000. One ladys quote was over $2000 my brakes had low peddle no noise, grinding, squeaks pulsating etc, I don't trust them, all other customers quoted prices refused service while I was there.
