I total them what I needed done. They put the car in a bay and got the parts needed. They put in new parts and tested them. I got my car and everything is working. I am a satisfied customer.

Booked an appointment the day before. They were able to expertly perform the following: Filters, Brake Pads, 4 New Tires, Alignment, Flush and recharge: Radiator, Transmission, Oil and Brake Fluid. Seems like a lot; however, the vehicle was at its time to do these. Shop is setup well so they can perform these tasks in specific bays. Thanks to their staff.

Took a truck to get aligned and ended up having to bring it back 3 weeks later because the tires were getting eaten bad on the inside. The first time I took it they did not do anything about it they told me other things were wrong but the things I was pointing out. Took it back the second time because the tires were literally wore down to zero on the inside and they still refused To do anything about it and told me things were wrong with it but if things were that bad With it they should not have done anything with it in the first place. Went back to try and get the tires replaced and they did not want to replace the tires that they damaged and the district manager claimed we messed with it before bringing it back . So they realigned the truck with the messed-up bald tires and sent me on my way without replacing them which is highly dangerous. The technicians also told me that they do not touch the top control arms to align the tires. We took it to a professional group to get it professionally done and they literally did not handle it professionally.now we lost out on 500$ tires when all they had to do was fix it right the first time i braught it back.

Excellent service and professionals. Robert and staff went above and beyond to help me on 1/7/2025 to fix my emergency brakes on my Lexus. Problem seems to be fixed even after several visits. Thanks for the service.

Good group of people, went out of their way to ensure all details were taken care of. Even saved the old oil filter for me per my request. Oil was full when I checked it after the oil change, and the balance job they did on the new Goodyears is VERY good. Super smooth at high mph. They left off the valve caps but promptly installed them when I noticed it. Overall 5 stars! Brian

I was very upset at the suddenness of my car going down. I took it toBrakemax and they investigated possible problems, and although they didn't find anything, the car is running fine now. They were quick and efficient and made me feel confident.

2 front tires needing replacing. I gave the size of the tire over the phone and they had a brand in stock I have had good results with in the past. I came right down and they took the car in shortly after I arrived. Manager and Staff are always helpful and friendly.

At about 06:00 a.m, one of my rear shocks came loose and hit the pavement, destroying it. I temporarily secured the thing so that I could get my morning project completed, then limped home. Just before 10:00 a.m, I called BrakeMax for a quote, and being mid-day Friday expected a Mon appointment at best, but they insisted it could be done "today". Long story short, I was back home by noon, with a new pair of rear shocks on my truck. Very impressed and will keep using them for my auto service.
