We had an awesome experience at Brake Max! The guys at the shop were super helpful and pleasant to work with. Our car was done quickly, and with no surprises! The price for replacing our breaks was more than fair. We definitely recommend the location near Oracle and Magee- these guys are fantastic!

I made my appointment for routine oil change, etc., through a third-party website, and it didn't get into their system. Nevertheless, they got my car in and finished in less than an hour. Very pleasant to deal with, good explanation of what was done, and a comfortable waiting area. I will no longer be using the Ford dealership as I had for the last 14 years!

The crew at BrakeMax on Oracle and Suffolk are awesome. My business confidence was declining with constant issues after repairing my car, being a 10+ year customer at the Costco drive and Thorneydale branch. I won't go back there again.Hector seemed like he didn't know what he was doing being the manager at this branch for years! Marcel the manager on Oracle said he would make things right. Bill is my new mechanic . He is AWESOME! He listens to me and fixes my car right the first time. I'm so happy to meet him and Marcel and gave BrakeMax another chance. I appreciate them and I trust them! Thank you! ☺️

Excellent Service. Oil Change inspection noted coolant each 3 quarts low! Pressure check of cooling system determined water pump needed replacing ...... Ugh. Whole thing took a little less than 5 hrs as promised. And it was a Travato Dodge van, which are a known to be a pain-in-the-ass to work on. So thankful that they were willing to complete the repair in short order.

Experiencing an issue with starter. Took my truck in for work. Learned it was the battery! Replacing the battery took care of issue. Great work. Use of new system to let customers see issues on their phone.

I’d give 10 stars if I could. This review is LONG overdue. Sean and Marcel are the best managers I’ve ever come across. Never pulling the wool over your eyes or doing shady practices such as other auto service centers. They care about getting you on the road SAFELY and will forever have my business. You guys rock!

Be aware double check if your tire is rotated I had experience that on the receipt it's been rotated but it's not they finish my car for almost 3 business days never go back again. 1 star

Marcell the manager and Bill the mechanic at this Break Max. We're top A rated all together. They didn't have the driver to drive me home for the shuttle service. So Marcell the manager offered to drive me home and was very courteous and professional. Bill, he went out of his way to explain to me that he tried everything to balance my alignment. He went above and beyond his job just like the manager to accommodate the best care for me and safety for my vehicle. All the employees there were very friendly and very knowledgeable, thank you again, we will be back.
