My wife n kids were stranded when the battery died out in her vehicle. I wasn’t able to get there in time. BrakeMax sent someone there to her, helped her get the vehicle to the shop and changed the battery. Price was extremely reasonable and the level of service was awesome. These guys do a great job!!!

They were amazing! I had a problem after I left, I called the shop, because it was close to closing time, and they stayed and fixed the problem. I was able to get on the road the next morning with everything in order. I've found my new oil change spot!

Brake max on Valancia repaired a Evap purge control solenoid on my 2012 Cadillac SRX. CARSHIELD denied the repair so I paid out of my own pocket. I Canceled the policy. Brake max did a very good job and communicated with me about everything they did for the repair. J Felix and staff were very knowledgeable and professional to make sure that I was taken care of with the service they provided. I will be back with any future repair and I highly recommend them to family and friends. Mike Ortiz

Can’t say enough good things about Sergio and his crew! The first two words that come to mind are honest and hardworking! I was from out of town with a school bus conversion having some unique suspension/brake issues. It was not an easy fix, but Sergio got me in on a tight timeline, and kept me informed throughout the whole process. He was also extremely fair on pricing! I will be having them do more work in the future, as they have earned my trust! I will be recommending the business to friends who travel through Tucson as well! Thanks again!

Great and prompt service. Juan at the front desk let me walk-in for an alignment, it was clearly busy, and I still had my car back in 1 hour. They also provided detail, answers, and photos about any issues they encountered, which made me feel like they were being transparent. Highly recommended!

Had my front end rebuilt. 2 weeks later I hit a pot hole Kills my tire and my rim and I'm scared because I think it's going to cost me a million dollars and because of their work and their warranty it only cost me 63.00. Brand new tire on my on my rim hardly any questions asked pretty basic just helpful helpful helpful always the situation there. thank you JORGE, from Midvale in Tucson YOU SIR are very much appreciated

I have a 31’ class A motorhome. Brake Max does a great job doing an oil change on my Triton V10 engine. Only downside is I have to squeeze the RV in beside the building as it won’t fit in their service bays. Much more reasonably priced than taking to an RV mechanic.

Juan was very helpful as usual I’m a regular customer they usually do me right every time. The only complaint I have at this time is, I ask for tire rotation with my tire repair and it was not done. Paperwork says it was but I know it was not.

Wonderful service. They also noticed a possible problem & advised me to have them do a test to figure out what it is. Doesn’t need to be immediately, but whenever I have time. They are always very nice & helpful. I have been using them regularly for past number of years & have no complaints or any problems as well.

First timer. Simple job; replace two tires. They nailed it. Sounds easy but not for everyone. When I asked Jack…(formerly a good company) to rotate tires side-to-side only, because the two almost-new tires were on the front wheels, they ignored me and moved the new tires to the back and the well-worn tires to the front. And when I confronted them about it, they doubled-down and said their company policy dictates that they must put the best tires in the back. And we are talking about a FWD car here. (I’m not making any of this up.) Now you don’t have to be an auto mechanic or physical engineer to know that the front tires take the majority of road contact stress due to the live front axle, steering, engine weight, etc. So, now I am super skeptical of auto service shops and will micro-manage their work. With BRAKEmax, so far so good.

Rotate/Balance 2001 Toyota Corolla. Very professional crew/ establishment. In and out in a timely manner. Was there when the doors opened. There was a line. Sergio and Zack, bad with names so I hope I got it right, were the only ones there. Did their best to get us out of there. They had their hands full. Thank you guys. Great job!
