Had an unexpected electrical issue I needed to get looked at quickly and my BRAKEmax at Camp Lowell and Swan in Tucson did an awesome job getting me in on short notice! Manager Enred answered all my questions and concerns patiently and completely. My technician Shane did a great job as well, and my old truck running great again. They all saved me from missing any more work then I did! Thank you all!

These guys did an awesome job replacing the shocks and struts on my Ram 1500. The 2 inch lift on the front feels so nice. Would highly recommend them to anyone for suspension work! I'll be a returning customer for sure 👍

Really did enjoy the experience, the mechanic was open and honest, the manager was also very much customer service focused. Went above and beyond. Also helps that they include everything into carfax.

Chris was professional and attentive. Vehicle diagnosis was accurate and confirmed another diagnostic from a Land Cruiser dealer last week in California. I will be using Brakemax for needed brake and drive belt replacement.

I had a blowout so I bought a new set of tires & got an oil change too. They didn’t even put my spare back in the space, they just threw it in the back of my SUV. I had to stow it properly myself. They also didn’t reset the meter when they changed the oil, so I had to take it to another BrakeMax to do that. Really disappointing.

We use to love Brake Max, however this location has the worst customer service, and ethics. We tried to accommodate our technician with this location due to him living close by. We needed a front end alignment, and our mechanic we routinely use does not do them. After an inspection, they call and told us we needed additional repairs, but I explained that we had our regular mechanic that did not do alignments. The representative on the phone told me they could still do the alignment, and have our mechanic do the repairs. So they performed the alignment, we had our mechanic do the repairs. Our mechanic told us to take it back and have them realign the front end. So we called and scheduled the appointment. They said they would do it under the warranty. After an hour and half of waiting, they called and stated it needed other repairs and couldn't warranty the alignment. In short, I asked for our money be returned because they said they could perform the service, and actually couldn't. I then asked to speak to the manager, he stated the supervisor above him said no refund, and no further warranty service. We then asked to speak with the area manager. We never received a call and they didn't respond to us. As a business we can respect not all customers are right, however, we always respond to customers request to speak with a supervisor. We will never use another Brake Max again!

I got a great oil change here and they finished the job sooner than expected. They rotated my tires at no additional charge, too. PostScript: I am purchasing new tires today 9-6-24. Expecting great service again.
