Very impressed! I was hesitant as so many places have bad reputation or wary weary customers so after going to the dealer and a local expensive reputable mechanic and getting misdiagnosed and bad advice, Josh Stephen and Tom were super helpful and nailed the diagnosis! Saving me lots of time and money. Very grateful and happy with the customer service and expertise.

I was driving on the north end of town today and my alternator light came on at 7:30 am this morning. We took the first turn off the main road and there was breakmax , I spoke with a service advisor Joshua Barnett and he said he could help me. And he sure did got the parts and got me on the road by 12 o’clock. I give this whole team an A+. My mechanic was super awesome and we recommend those guys to everybody. This place told me my vehicle only took synthetic oil and charged me $90 for an oil change. It didn’t seem right to me, so the next time I needed the service I took it to Friendly Automotive- guess what, my vehicle takes regular oil and I was charged $40. This company lies, not the kind of people I want working on such a dangerous and important piece of machinery.

I got wonderful help at that Catalina, AZ Brake Max. They fixed my air conditioner in 100 degree plus weather so I could drive with my windows rolled up in moderate comfort. No waiting for the repair which was a major plus since my family has only one car. Thank you.

This place has become my favorite....under the last management always felt there was always on-going upsell. Now, new manager and they tell me what is due and what to watch for, though not needing it yet. They easily schedule, work efficiently, communicate, and all maintenance is done timely.
