Service was quick and best I've received in any shop I've gone to in Tucson, the manager is professional and to the point , not trying to sell you anything you do not truly need and gives you the best possible price and all the options available , (not just the most expensive ones like those who advertise supposed discounts). The service was fast and the tech even triple checked everything to be sure the ride was ready to go with no issues, will definitely be going with them again for any future automotive needs i may have.

I specifically requested conventional motor oil and instead they put in full synthetic and I didn't notice it until I was home. Not much I can do until I can change it myself. The price was decent and timing was good but I didn't get what I asked for!

Loose battery cables, corrosion. They checked battery cables and did diagnostics. Reset sensors. All very fast, called about sensors before doing, no hidden fees.

I came in their a couple months ago for a diagnostic and they kept my truck for a day didn’t even try to contact me and made up a whole bunch of stuff that I needed to repair before they can even do a Diag quoted me 800 bucks for a water pump that is a hour job at most and quoted me 1000 for a busted heater core and said that they had to go through the dash I replaced both and didn’t even need to go through the dash. Also charged me 90 bucks For nothing. Don’t go Here!!!!

June 2021: I just returned from BrakeMax, and felt compelled to write a review because this is what you do when a business goes above and beyond your expectations - these folks need to be recognized for their outstanding customer service. My first visit was to get tires on my travel trailer, and I wouldn't think of going any where else for my automotive needs after that. Today was my second visit, and once again, Shawn and Team provided an excellent, quick, high quality, personable experience. This my friends is how you retain and gain customers. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else - thanks Shawn and Team! June 2nd 2023 Update: Chris helped me recently with a repair to a rear side window. While pulling it into the shop, they noticed the cab not cooling with the AC as good as it should be, so fixed that issue also. The window was repaired and the cooling is noticeably improved. These fixes are never cheap, but gotta do it! Chris applied a 10% coupon for me which eased the costs, thankfully. Chris and the team's customer service is excellent as usual, and is why I always go there instead of the dealer where I am treated like just another number/$$$. I will continue to go to this Brakemax location because of the excellent customer service and quality repair work to my vehicles. November 11th, 2024 Update: I took my truck back in to repair the window - the fix didn't last. Luckily it is under a two-year warranty, which they promptly honored. A few weeks later, I had an emissions light come on, which they cleared at no cost. An oil change and few other things were addressed. Sean was outstanding to work with. I appreciate the report they gave me, and for being honest in the work they perform. An example is the report recommended an air filter change, however Sean said he inspected it and thought it looked OK for the time being. I'll continue to return.

Great guys! They not only replaced my oil but told me about my radiator and front end. Turns out I needed a whole new front suspension and my radiator was rusting through. They had the parts in a day and it only took them a day to do all the work. Now my truck doesn’t drive like a marshmallow anymore! They were super friendly and professional and I would recommend anyone go to them for basic and complex repairs. I will drive to them from another county any day of the week! 082223 So I went back to have my breaks repaired and they did an amazing job! Love these guys! 10/21/2024 My wife’s car joined the service family. They took care of her care perfectly! Well worth the hour drive for excellent service! Thank you guys again!

They were able to get me in in the afternoon, and when they found the oil plug broke because Bill Luke in Marana over-torqued them, they immediately found one in town and I was out the door as soon as they had it fixed. I will be a repeat customer!
