Carlos and his team is 100% the best. Always has taken great care of me. Trust is something that is so hard to give as a woman needing car work. People up charge all the time and all of a sudden, I have 20 problems that need “fixing”. Not the Brake Stop team. They tell you like it is and have never tried to make an extra buck just because. Their work is top notch. I live in Austin and come to Dallas regularly, and always go back to them. Yall, they’re the real deal local mom and pop, all good shop. 💯 bring them some beer. They’ll go the “extra mile” for ya. 👍🏼 😉

BEST IN DALLAS! My brakes all of a sudden went out and my foot sinked to the floor when I hit the brakes. The car would not stop and he knew exactly what the problem was. My brake fluid started leaking so he had to replace a few parts but finished my car early in the morning so I could drive back to Oklahoma. And thank god I was 2 minutes away from the brake shop😂 THANKS TO CARLOS! best service in town

Came in for a TX state inspection- Carlos took care of it in less than 10 minutes and didn't even bother charging me the $7.50. Incredibly nice, quick, and I hope to bring them some actual $$ in the future!

I always get a little overwhelmed with car stuff but immediately when I walked in here I felt such a peaceful, kind, loving energy! Carlos was so sweet, and I also can tell it's an amazingly run place when the son works there. Obviously doing something right! Feels good to know there is a place I can trust (especially being a woman) to go into a shop for anything car related now! God Bless!! 🤍

I feel so lucky to have found these guys - they are so kind! It's hard to find a shop where you feel you can trust everyone, and even more so as a young woman with limited car knowledge. I will be bringing my car here for as long as I live in Dallas, and I could not recommend them enough.

Im kinda skeptical on this one,i went to have my brakes replaced and i still hear a squeal on the front left tire,guy assured me that they do the best job and gave me a years warranty,he asked me to let him get in so he could listen to it but i didnt ,i have Carshield also and told himso im going to give him all stars because he was nice courteous and did actually fix my brakes and bedides that i had a talk with Dad and if i really felt he was wrong i would do what any sister would do..IM TELLUNG DAD,LOL

Just moved down to Dallas for a new job and had to get my vehicle inspected and Carlos and the crew took care of me. What he didn't;t know was that I was already running low on money and was spread thin and he blessed me with a free inspection. Amazing man and crew and will always bring my car to them as long as I'm living in Dallas!
