Great and helpful experience at BrakeMasters. Was treated nicely and the visit didn’t take long for a wheel alignment after putting on new tires at another location. Didn’t need the alignment so I wasn’t charged the full price which was nice. Went to Midas down the street (Yarbrough) and it felt like I owed it to them to give them my business. Nonetheless, BrakeMasters got it done when others could not. Thanks!!

This one was on the corner of Gateway West and McRae . Juan is at the front desk with a great smile and asks how he could help me. I got my front brakes and my passenger side window fixed to go up and down . Very fast and very well done ! Their staff is a great one and they have the different movies on and coffee and water for the customer . Thank you Brake Masters !!

I brought my vehicle to Brake Masters for what I thought was a bad shock strut and fortunately a more serious issue was discovered if I had left unattended would have resulted in a serious accident. I am grateful for the Brake Masters team thoroughness and will continue to bring all my vehicles here because I know they care and I can trust them.

I went to check my car for brakes.. so after 2 hours they tell me my car needs front routers and brake pads changed.. so I dicided to bring the car friday .. The reason because I had just changed the brake pads and was doubting about the brakes so yesterday I took it to another place and they told me the routers need to replace only not the brake pads because the are good! I knew it.. I just don't trust them again Be AWARE 🚫what you car really needs to be repaired and don't let them fool you ‼️

Took my car in for a check engine light. They failed to identify a coolant leak and instead changed one spark plug. After three trips, they still missed the leak, allowing me to drive one cylinder into misfire. Another garage found and fixed the problem immediately, but the additional damage cost me 4k in repairs. I paid $1500 at Brakemasters over the 3 trips, for nothing. On my last trip to brakemasters, a regional and local manager had a loud open convo on the floor about how they had untested mechanics, and weren’t sure of their actual capabilities. I tried to pursue a refund through the proper channels, via brakemasters corp. customer service. Their fine print says problems resolved in 4 days, it’s been 9 months with no resolve. They’ve also stopped answering my emails. Please be weary and do your research. Avoid this place ✌️
