Wow, I will be coming back. I went in for breaks. Hearing noises. Adam took me back to show me the issue, NOT breaks. It was the bearing. He could have had me do the breaks and the bearings. But amazing place as this is, they did my bearings and I WILL Be back for everything I will need in the future. Breaks and more. Thanks Adam and amazing team.

I took my car to this place on 27 Dec because of squeaking sounds. I paid for brand new rooters & brand new brake pads. I had to return my car on 2 Dec because the squeaking sounds remained the same. They took my car for a drive and I was told they forgot to break it in the first time so I said okay. 2 days later I started hearing squeaking sound again but I told myself maybe I just need to drive it more and consider the break in period. I even applied breaks to create friction to get that "break in period". One week, two weeks later after I returned my car for the second time, the issue remained the same every day so on the 17th of January I had to call again to address the same issue because I can no longer take the noise (whenever i back out from my garage, from a parking lot, when I turn, I mean even when im driving which shouldn't happen). It is worst than when I dropped my car for the first time. This is is the 3rd week after they "broken in" the car. I took days off to bring my car in & as a paying customer I shouldn't have to bring my car more than twice for the same problem especially if I paid for brand new parts! Now I am wondering if they really replaced any of it! I don't want to leave this terrible review but taking off over & over is costing me money away from work. I am bringing my car back for the THIRD TIME on 20 Jan & I hope this gets fix. All I want is to get my brakes fix. My review remains the same unless they fix this recurring issue & service change! Breaks: 1. Break in period - I think we passed that period 2. Installation issue-not installed properly? I also bought the brake fluid flush 3. Contamination from debris...doesn't apply because they are brand new, plus I only drive my car from home to work on clean roads 4. POOR QUALITY PARTS - I PAID FOR NEW PARTS unless they were NOT REPLACED! INSTALLED CHEAP & NOT THE PROPER BRAKE FOR THE VEHICLE 5. Moisture - NO Please tell me what am I missing?

Went the extra mile to get my brakes done asap. Thank you!! As I drove off my tire was super low like 13 and was leaking air. Gave me a cap for my tire and filled me back up no charge. They were great!!!

Someone needs to give Ricky a raise… He was the gentleman that helped me and literally went above and beyond. I had to do a follow up visit because my break started to warp. They found out the source and the reason why covered everything under warranty and got me the best price to fix the source. I’m writing this now because Ricky just called me a day after to do a wellness check on my car. Lmfao! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻your awesome buddy!

Friendly staff, great communication, and really nice facility. Since I went in on a Friday without an appointment, I planned on having them keep the car all day - but they were done in just over an hour! Fair pricing, too. Highly recommend.

Called for their brake inspection as rotors looked wonky to me and brakes made a click noise, the showed me the rotors had “hot spots” too far gone to turn, they recommended replacement, initially said the pads were good but then found one cracked - quickly replaced everything with heavy duty parts as we do a lot of towing - and had me up and running within a few hours, lifetime pads!! And peace of mind for our next trip.

My experience at Brake Masters was great! They were honest with me. I’d been told by another shop that I needed brakes, rotors and all. They checked my car and told me I didn’t need brakes, they even showed me. I will definitely go to Brake Masters for any work my car needs.
