Rudy is a great mechanic and is a honest man. Also great prices for what he did. I would take my van back to Brake Masters #238 when I'm in El Paso Tx .. I was on vacation when my oil light went on and Rudy checked it over and I made the ride home safely. Thank you Rudy

Coming from the automotive industry myself I am always very particular of where I take my vehicles if I cannot service it myself. In this case I replaced all the steering and suspension components on my truck (rack and pinion, lower ball joints, upper control arms, lower control arm bushings, struts , and shocks , etc) and needed the alignment because the alignment rack at my workplace was currently inoperative. I went to Brake Masters on Eastlake and was happily greeted by Duke. The technician quickly got to work and set up the vehicle on the lift . I watched from the clean/ comfortable waiting area and felt at ease when I saw him correctly set up the sensors and actually inspecting the work I had previously done on all the components. Customers walked into waiting area asking questions about their vehicles while I was waiting for mine and these guys are top notch professionals. They were not out to rip off customers which I have personally seen at other places. My vehicle was completed in a fast and efficient manner. Overall it was a great experience and affordable service. I've taken my vehicle to them many times. The staff is always very courteous, professional, top tier automobile knowledgeable and understanding. I have a 2013 Hyundai- they always take great care in keeping my car road ready. Very helpful in showing and explaining what needs to be done with my vehicle. They are the only people I trust with my vehicle. Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed!

They replaced my back brakes, filters, battery, backlight, and a synthetic oil change in about an hour. The manager was very pleasant, and I will be returning back here with my other vehicle when maintenance is needed!

absolutely horrible experience. nobody was at the front and nobody was in shop for five minutes. I could have robbed the place. all I wanted was some air for tires. he said sure and told me to park here. I did as he asked and 4 guys ignoring me for 10 minutes. I just left and this nice oil and brake place up the street bib it lucky split. when time to servicing my vehicle I know where not to go
