Very reliable. They will always tell you the truth what they can do and can’t do. Brake master is my place to go wherever I have the need. They changed my oil for free who else does that. Keep it up!

Me and my family were out shopping and we had the misfortune of our engine light turning on. We looked to see what was close and we found your shop we went in and there was something simple, just an oil change. But you guys took care of us very quickly. We were in and out with no problems. The 2 guys at the front counter were great. The nice mechanic came out and told us that it was just the oil change that needed to be done and that we were fine, but we were impressed with their service. Their honesty and how quickly they were done. And I usually stay away from these kinda shops, so you guys are great.Thank you very much for all your assistants.We will be coming back if we get another engine light on.Thank you, have a great day and god bless. Ugh I had to go get my old tangs today and I stopped by your shop was impressed with the cleanliness of the lobby. Mike was very nice. Even made me smile after. I've been having a horrible day. Oil change was done quickly in and out in under an hour and a 1/2 very impressed, I'll be back. You have repeat business coming to you

Took my truck in engine light was on went in at 10 am work done by noon. Took it home engine light turned on again on Saturday left my vehicle there and on Monday was fixed. Really impressed with the service I received, you have earned a life long customer. Thank you for all your hard work.

First time going here and the service couldn’t have been any better. Very easy to book an appointment online. Two gentleman working in the lobby were very friendly. Service was fast & best prices you cannot beat. Definitely recommend this place & will be returning.

Came in for an oil change and got a deal on my Volkswagen. I was paying $130 at the dealer. Paid half the cost. They showed me my inspection report and saw that I needed brakes done. Didn’t get any pressure from the guys at the front. They just informed me what may happen if I go longer. Their honesty and transparency was very appreciative. . The price for the brakes was the best in town. I had gotten quotes in the past for $400-$500. . The guys at the front were great-thanks Nelson. I had some additional questions for the mechanic Steven after and he stopped what he was doing and made sure he answered them to give me further reassurance. Like terminator said “ILL BE BACK” bc the business was phenomenal!

Great customer service! Went for an alignment but didn’t the steering wheel wasn’t straight, so they let me come back and get another alignment for free to fix it. Definitely will go back!

I took my car in 2 weeks ago to check my brakes and check engine lights were on. They were very professional. Michael and staff was great.! Recommend everybody to this place very honest, reasonable price and fix brakes did my brake flush and replace my Cadillac converter Thank u !!!

To the owner of Brake masters : Check the records on May 14 2024 And check the letter I sent by email. You manager Pat didn’t want to help me Christian at customer service refused to help me they don’t even want to reimburse me what I pay for the bad Job they did . Or any other expenses that your negligence cost to me and my family . Bad service , bad place bad customer service. Never going back PEOPLE PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PLACE. . DO NOT USE THIS PLEASE PLEASE DONT GO . They are rude unprofessional , Irresponsible people. Especially the manager PAT . They did a really bad job in my car and they don’t even try to fix it. I went back to the store so they can help me and fix it and they just give me the customers service number. I called so many times and never answer. When finally answer they don’t want to take the responsibility of their bad , job . Horrible people horrible place . Please DO NOT go to this place. Very unprofessional service. And they almost kill me and my family. And the worse part is they don’t want to take responsibility for their negligence . DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

Went in for a break inspection to see what was wrong with my car because I noticed the stopping distance getting longer and harder to do. They informed me about what was going on with my car. They were kind, patient, and answered all of my questions in details. They worked with me in my situation and were really understanding and helpful. I definitely recommend.

I needed an oil change and did not have an appointment. I'm new to the neighborhood and I pulled into brake Masters. They got me right in and gave me details about needed maintenance. I will definitely return for future service. The customer service was excellent!

The guys at Brakes Masters are very good at completing the service on my vehicle on time so I can get back to work. They answer all my questions and they let me know about other issues my vehicle has with a qoute. So when Im ready I can bring my vehicle for repair. Very clean inside lobby the staff are very friendly. I highly recommend Brake Masters.
