I came in a few minutes after 9:00am for an oil change. They tried to upsell me, but I just needed a basic oil change and was told it would be about an hour. Two hours later, I asked if they were almost done. They said unfortunately they got backed up and it would be around another 2 hours. I left, of course, and went to tire works. No upsell.

SCAMMERS!!! I got my brake pads changed here at Brake Masters #233 about a year and a half ago. My car had about 35K mileage. They planed the rotors also. After the service, my brakes continued to squeak, and within a year, they started to grind with harder braking. I brought the car back and they said that I needed new brakes and rotors all around. The pads were covered under warranty, but somehow it still cost me $1,100. Got it home and it was still squeaking and grinding. The car felt absolutely the same. (To the point that I wasn’t even sure if they had done the brake job). Life was hectic and I finally brought it back 6 months later. They said that the bushings on the control arm (part of the front end suspension) were bad, and they would have to replace both control arms to the tune of $2K! The car is now only at 50K miles. I brought the car to another shop for a second opinion. (To a family run place). Come to find out, my bushings/control arms are in great shape (minimal wear). The squeaking and grinding are a result of cheap brake pad material. The pads/rotors were actually changed, so that’s something. But at this point I think that they actually weren’t necessary on trip #2…. And that Brake Master scammed me out of $1.1K, and was definitely going for another $2K. I’ve just read so many of the reviews for this shop and people mentioned them trying to take advantage of women. I’m a dude. So to be fair, they are an equal opportunity scammer.

I went in today around 11 with no appointment to get my brake light bulb changed, nice fella found me on file (I’m a loyal BM client at the Henderson location). 10-15 minutes later my car was finished and the price was right too. Safe to say where ever you are and in need of repair BM will always help. Thank you fellas.

I went and got an oil change on my car from this place and the idiots put the wrong oil filter on. Their mistake made my car leak all the oil out and could have made my engine blow up. I would not advise anyone to go here.

Ken does not disappoint. He is upfront and very honest. He caught my problem even when nobody else seemed to catch the same problem. He has an eye for detail very understanding with what’s going on with your car. He won’t take advantage of you. He’s very honest and will let you know what exactly you need to keep your car running smooth and gives you a very honest price doesn’t try to scam you overcharge you or treat you any kind of way treats everybody the same with respect & love for his job. I really do appreciate him. He’s always done a great job for the past five years with my car And I will not never not come back to his store.I will always go to wherever he’s at.. thank you Ken from B.B your are amazing and so is your team of workers.

Brought my car in for an oil change and specifically requested a tire rotation. Tire rotation was not performed and fluids were not topped off. Will not trust this place with my car in the future.

I had an excellent experience at Brake Masters on Blue Diamond in Las Vegas. The staff was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I went in for a lug nut bolt repair, and they were honest about what needed to be done without any pressure to upsell unnecessary services. The work was done efficiently, and my car now feels much safer. I really appreciated the clean waiting area and the prompt service. I’ll definitely be returning here for future maintenance and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and honest car service.

I would not recommend these guys at all! Went today to check on my breaks since I have a slightly hard break Padel but my car was drivable I even went to California and back the week before. They did the diagnosis and told me I need a vacuum pump and it will cost 2500, I was like no worries I will take a day to consider and come back and fix it and they said no problem. I got of the shop in my car and realized that my break was completely gone that I almost had an accident. I went back and told them my car is basically underivable now and they definitely made it 95% worse. I understand that the diagnosis could of caused the problem to worsen but they should not let me drive on it in that condition and they should of warned me that this might happen before the diagnosis. Anyway the guy basically said sorry we can’t help you just have to fix it. So a horror story because I was basically stuck there and have to get it fixed with them now. I was lucky to have a friend who helped me get it out of there to another mechanic who asked for a way lower price and told me that they basically broke the hose and thaf is why it got worse. Long story short don’t go there because they don’t take responsibility for their mistakes.

Spencer and the team are awesome. They performed a free evaluation on my car’s brakes and brake pads condition and gave me honest feedback that they were in good shape and no work is needed at this time. Spencer even walked me to my car, showed me the condition of the brake pads and rotors and educated me on what to look for. Their transparency and honesty is amazing and will have me coming back for service when I actually need to replace my brake pads.

They told me an hour and 5 hours later they still haven’t even pulled it into the bay despite me calling multiple times and being told it was being worked on. Complete waste of time.

Amazingly easy I booked an appointment online showed up dropped off my car I got a call 45 minutes later with the brake issue with I got a quote I asked about the online specials which saved me about $200 and so I decided to get the oil changed as well. So nice and easy

I couldn’t be any happier with the service and outcome at Brake Masters. The staff is extremely friendly, and informative. The waiting area is maintained clean, and polished. The staff greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked in. You can tell they have a great working culture, and the unity they have. Moving forward this will be the only place I go to for my vehicle maintenance. Thank you guy, you all are incredible. I came back to get my vehicle maintenance because of the stellar customer service Ken provided. Seeing how not only he greeted, and provided great service for me, but for every person that walked through the door, or called in the time I was there. I hope Ken gets the recognition he deserves. If I could give this 0 stars I would. How do tou mess up ac during a oil change and then try to make me pay for a diagnosis. Businesses and employees are rude when it's time for them to take accountablilty for their mistakes. No way would I come back here or advise anyone else to go there. They are rude and will intentionally mess up you car. I wish I could post the video.

I highly WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ever going here unless you have money to blow . My car started making a bad noise while braking, I immediately took it here for an inspection because it was close by. They took off my front tires only , didn't bother looking at my back brakes for a reason I will never know . They ended up quoting me over $2200 for all new suspension parts while also saying to me "not sure what is actually causing the noise" . Decided to wait and get a second opinion since everyone I told this to was saying that's not right for never having been in an accident.So I took my car somewhere else (Mr.Brakes) where they took off all my tires to look at everything and immediately within 10 minutes told me I had nothing left of my back brakes, the sound was straight metal on metal and replaced my back brakes for $234 . It was actually crazy to me that a place called Brake Masters didn't even bother to look at all my brakes when they couldn't pin point the sound . My suspension is fine for now, within a year or more even I was told I will eventually need new parts but nothing with it is urgent and was still quoted under $800 for that . If I had paid this place $2200 plus, the actual issue of me having zero back brakes would have not even been touched . Not sure if it was because I was a female that knew nothing about cars and was easy to take advantage of but I am also struggling and poor like most right now. And hope to save someone some piece of mind with this review because I was shocked especially with how nice they pretended to be. If you have the money to spend on new parts for no reason I'm sure they do a great job. But if you don't and want your issues actually addressed don't go here never felt so scammed in my life. Also I have a tiny Nissan versa .. $2268 was the grand total they gave me for things that weren't wrong with my car .

I usually get my oil changed elsewhere, but stopped here out of convenience. The oil change itself went fine, but they never put the mileage sticker in my window which was inconvenient. Then, as I went up to pay, they told me my struts were leaky and it’d be around 4k to replace them all. I decided to get a second opinion from my regular mechanic who has been nothing but honest with me, and he said the struts are good. From others reviews, it seems like it’s common for Brake Masters to try and charge you for unnecessary work. Won’t be returning.

Ken took extremely good care of me. Handled my Chaotic situation with care and honestly earned my business for as long as I’m in Vegas! Highly recommend!
