UPDATING my review: it began grim when after brake service my Cayenne lit up w/ over 5 fault alarms, but Bobby ethically contacted his field manager Jorge Garcia after store manager Curtis morally & professionally FAILED. Jorge personally reviewed my vehicle's issues on site at Porsche as a PROFESSIONAL MAN and RESPONSIBLY accepted the invoice for service rendered by Porsche. INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Bobby accepted my Porsche cayenne for brake service without ANY hesitation / concern to complete the job; they returned my vehicle with more than FIVE faults! Sergio from Porsche called to inquire of their customer service to be liable for Porsche calibration coding, Curt manager of Brake Masters RUDELY stated “we’re not responsible!” and hung up! BEWARE of Brake Masters !

I had an incredible experience with "Bobby" at Brake Masters in El Paso. I was on a road trip and started hearing a weird noise from my car, so I swung by Pep Boys to get it checked out. They immediately told me I needed new brakes, rotors, and a wheel bearing replacement, and that my car was in 'BAD shape,' with a total of $1,000 for the repairs. Something didn’t sit right, so I decided to get a second opinion and called Brake Masters, which was about 25 minutes away. From the get-go, Bobby was straight with me. He quoted me a much more reasonable price—$198 for just the brakes or $350 if the rotors needed to be replaced too. But when he looked at my car, he quickly realized the real issue wasn’t the brakes at all—it was the wheel bearing. He showed me the problem and explained that the tire was barely holding on, which could’ve been a major issue down the road. He told me the brakes were in the 'high yellow' zone, meaning they could wait, and we could address them later. Bobby recommended replacing the wheel bearing, which was essential for safety, and also pointed out that my oil was bone dry—Hyundais consume a lot of oil, apparently. So, he recommended an oil change as well. In total, I paid $392, and Bobby got my car back on the road and ready for the rest of my trip. I appreciated his honesty and how he didn’t push unnecessary repairs on me. He just took care of what needed to be done so I could keep going. If you ever find yourself in El Paso and need a mechanic you can trust, Bobby at Brake Masters is your guy. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and actually cares about getting you back on the road safely. Huge thanks to Bobby for keeping my trip on track!"

Had a piece of plastic wrap around the drive shaft as we were leaving out of town. They quickly removed it and didn’t break the bank. Great place with a great staff. Went back and had a door actuator installed. Although it was a bit pricey they knocked it out fast and it works great! I LOVE THiS PLACE! Always a dependable location to get things done right!!!
