Rick and his team were professional and showed compassion in a very difficult situation. My wife and I have been on the road for the last 5 days, my car broke down and they came through and got us back on the road. Would recommend anyone having break issues to use Brake Masters. Thank you.

Service and staff here at this location are amazing. Rick and Eddie are thorough with the communication about the service needed and offer the best recommendations. Needed a new starter and they were able to take it in quickly on a Saturday and were completed with the service rather quickly. Anytime I need service on my vehicles I know that I can trust in their work. Thanks!

Rick and his team were amazing. I love the fact that he shows me exactly what the problem is and explains to me why it needs to be taken care of. I appreciate the honesty and sincerity. Most places like to hustle women and I appreciate that he was honest on what was needed to be done to my vehicle without overcharging me or suggesting additional services. I had an appointment and the turnaround was great given that we had to wait for a part to come from another store. Overall great service Ill be back again!

Theyre straight to the point. Tell em ur problem and theyll give you ur options. No tricks. Even when theur system was down, they manage to make everything work. I was in and out of there in a reasonable time. If ur hungry, there are food places all around. Cash only, atm is 100meters down the st.

Rick and his team were very professional. I'm so thankful for them!!! I'm here in the El Paso area due to work travel. Took a risk by finding them on Google in order to get break service because my car wasn't stopping properly. It turned out to be something more serious with my car being older from 2012. Rick and his team gave me a reasonable estimate and already had all the parts needed to fix it the same day. The car stops properly and the noise is gone now. So glad for their professionalism and helpful customer service. Thank you so much!!!

They wanted $823 to do just rotors on my KIA Soul.. Ended up going to KIA where they did the entire break job for $376. And it turned out I DIDN'T need new rotors.. Break masters did reinstall the lug nuts so tight that KIA had to replace 2 studs Sorry but never going back after trying to scam us for new rotors on a car with less the 45,000 miles

They were helpful and had very honest i went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I also had break concerns and they checked them but told me i didn't need them. Overall great experience from techs to front desk to owner.

My automobile was in the shop for more than 5 days. Brake Masters did not have the necessary part ! The part was ordered out of state which caused the delay.

Took my work truck in to get a alignment and Manager told me that I have to take off the ladder rack & toolbox's before he can do it??? Took it to Tops Tires and they did it with no problems....

When I arrived the person in front desk was not that friendly but later when I left he was more talkative. But the job was done well that was the main thing.
