Ive had two great experiences with Brake Masters that impressed me. First, they replaced my front brakes in April with fair pricing and excellent service. They took the time to explain everything clearly. As a young woman with no auto experience, I really appreciate their honesty. Since it can sometimes be intimidating to come to an auto shop. I returned in January with some brake squeaking, which they quickly identified the issue as brake dust and cleaned it free of charge. This kind of honest, straightforward service is why I trust them and will always return for any future brake work.

Ongoing nightmare!! I dropped my truck off on Dec. 24 to get some U-joints replaced. Got my truck back on Dec. 26. Friday Dec. 27 I drove less than 10 miles before my drive shaft violently ejected itself from under my truck!! I called and they seemed super apologetic, sent a tow truck and told me they would get a new drive shaft from Toyota, repair any other damage and get it back to me.... i tried giving them a chance to make it right...today is Jan. 18--- every time I talk to them (which is initiated by me because they don't seem to know how to pick up a phone and keep customers in the loop) we get a different story. My driveshaft that violently ground into the asphalt is "being repaired" at another shop because Toyota driveshaft are on back order til March... we called Toyota and they told me I could have one in 3-5 business days!! They still have my truck and I'm supposed to believe they're being honest and forthcoming about any other damage and repairs they're making.... they already did terribly substandard work and have not come across as trustworthy on any level. I got my insurance company involved and feel that at some point I will get a properly repaired vehicle back even if my insurance company takes the vehicle elsewhere to start the inspection/repair process over again... I will never go to any Brakemasters ever again and would highly suggest people look for another repair shop. This entire experience has been and continues to be a nightmare!!

I went to Break Master on 1 -9 2025 Thursday. I was not pleased with Shawn and his team service. I was told I needed new brakes and the total was over 800.00 dollars. . I have paid for a lifetime break warranty for the pads . This morning I took my car to Exclusive Automotive. The manager and his team check my rotors and my front brake pads and back brake pads and found the front brake pads are very good 90 percent and the back brakes are very good 89 percent and the rotors are very good. So Shawn and his team did not tell me the truth. I would have paid over 800.00 dollars and some change. For no reason . I would really like to know what Shawn and his team was going to do with that money? This is why God has blessed me with amazing team at Exclusive Automotive. They do great work on your vehicle.They are honest kings and their prices are very good. They explain everything to you when you take your vehicle in to get work done. I will never go to brake master again. I would suggest to brake masters higher to get a new manager and a new team at this brake master so this does not happen to any customers that go to brake masters .

Ali checked out my car thoroughly. He found the issue and informed me. They took care of the issues needed and my car runs Great!! So smooth. Also last time I went Ricky checked out my car. He informed me of the issues. They took care of the issues and my car ran so much smoother. He also hooked me up with synchrony who helped me pay. It was a big job that needed to be taken care of. My car is a 2007 and I drive "Alot". So these issues are not surprising. These guys are kind, respectful and patient they take their time with you and make sure you are satisfied with the work. They go the extra mile for you. They care. Great customer service!! I highly recommend this location!!

Horrible and non trustworthy company. I went to this place to have my pad replaced, they kept my car for 6 hours, and they said that my pads were fine that I only needed break oil, and they charged a lot of money to change the break oil, I noticed right away that my pads were still making noises but I trusted them and on what they say, Few months later the noises got worse and i went back and they told me that I didn't only needed to change the pads but also the rotor, their fee $509.82, I wouldn't have to change the rotor if they would done their work right the first time. I would never go back to this place

I wouldn't take your car here. I went in with one of my work fleet vehicles. Brakes hold a little sound to them and I had this emergency light on my dash. They "replaced the brake system," and fixed the light that was out for my license plate. Well, about a week later my brake warning was going off. Take it in, and they keep it overnight, I come in and they hand me the keys, tell me we need more info and I will call. That was 3 weeks ago. Now, my brakes are screaming at me and I have more lights on my Dashboard than ever. It's weird too because go in there and the guy at the counter just talks crap to people and says how great they are but they just make things worse. Very unprofessional and they are a lot of talk but don't know what they are doing. Heck, they are called Brake masters and screwed the brakes.

Place is incredibly slow and after 20+days having two of my families vehicles neither are running. My truck was returned after a "fuel pump issue" and after over a thousand dollars in parts and labor, it still dies out at any stop. The other truck was towed to a different show after 3 weeks with no resolve. Personally heard a worker say my truck wouldn't run when not connected to a charger and that was AFTER they sent me to get a new battery. Was told I could get it back at ten am the next day and it wasn't ready for 3 more days and still doesn't run. Laughing and joking with you while giving you the run around. Was going to give 3 stars when they installed the alternator for free (i still had to buy the part) but when the issues continued and they just washed their hands of it, one star still feels too good

These guys rock! I got an estimate for rear brakes for my F350 which came in almost $500 lower than my usual mechanic. They also spotted a U-Joint going bad, so I had them do that too. We have been using the same mechanic for 20+ years and now we have decided we will switch to Brake Masters.

I HIGHLY recommend this place. I had my Alternator going out Coolant had run bone dry on a Saturday, 9-21-25 around 5pm. I asked if they could service my car and they were fully booked and closed SUN. I asked if they could at least fill the coolant up so i could get my car home. They DID FILL IT UP FOR as a courtesy to help out a local driver. I will be back on my next service on my car! Thanks again!!

I had been smelling gasoline from my vehicle for about a week. Made an appointment with my mechanic Richard, on September 30th.. He checked it out, ordered my part, which I needed a new fuel pump. He installed it fairly quick. The smell is gone. Great job!!! This Brakemasters, I really like, and I've been coming here for 12 years. They treat their customers very well!!! Thank you!!!

The team at Brake Masters gave me an extraordinary 5 Star experience when I visited their establishment to have my vehicle's oil changed. All the gentlemen that assisted me were super courteous and friendly and energetic as well as enthusiastic in providing me with the Best In Class customer care. They stole stuff from my car. First off bought 1000$ dollars worth of new brakes installed it wrong “the guy was trying to blame something was hitting ur bakes thats y they were squeeking. No bro u installed it wrong. Had to waste my time coming back for u to fix ur mistake. Also gave them a special socket to take off the tire , well guess what. They lost it and trying to say all their mechanics bring there own stuff. Bro it was here in the glove box i told u where it was. Its not there now, one of ur mechanics have it. And trying to say well u can u get one at autozone. Y would i do that since u lost it!!! Worst service.!!! Dont come here. Scammers and thieves!!

Eastern shop did absolutely nothing. Brought car in for oil change, filter, and tire rotation. They put it on the lift for 45 minutes. I could see the car up there from the little window in the door to the service bay. When I got home , I checked the work, they did absolutely nothing. I bought the car back the next day, they changed the oil, new filter, NO tire rotation, and they put a screw in the tire. So now I have a flat. BrakesMasters on Eastern.

I brought my crv to Brake Masters on Eastern and Windmill to fix the window on my driver side. They charged me $331.58 to fix the Window Motor and Regulator Assembly. About 2 weeks later, when I try to open the windows and the window doesn't roll up, it gets stuck, so I called them, and they tell me to bring it back. They charge $255.53 for me again to fix my Window Motor and Regulator Assembly and Door Switch. I opened the same window and i had the same problem! I called them again, and they tried to fix it, but i ended up having to go back to them for the same problem. I think I bring my car back to them about 4 or 5 times again. I have to bring back my car for them to fix it but when they give my car back I take a look and again they can't fix it or put the door cover unproperly. I went back inside to ask them what's going on, what they told me its a sort of wiring again. I pay money for a sloppy job, which isn't right. Wasting time, traveling to get there just to not have my problem fixed. I got charged twice for the Window Motor and Regulator Assembly.

Told me my parts were incorect , which I purchased OEM and had another mechanic install the same exact parts , and they fit. They also told me 4400$ for the correct brakes and rotors. don't go here EVERR .not genuine at all.

I brought my CRV here to get a brake flush, I waited 2 hours and paid $91.XX. I had another issue the next day and took my car to another mechanic, I asked him to check my brake fluid and he did, he brought me over to show me and it was pitch black (should be light brown/gold). They DIDNT DO ANYTHING TO IT AND CHARGED ME! It took me 2 days to get a hold of the manager and he said he will refund my card (never did). Dishonest people here, be careful when you get work done. The manager also said my rear brakes had less than 1mm of metal left and quoted me $700 for new rear brakes. I asked the other mechanic to check and it was at 6mm (he took me to the car and showed me). Dishonest sales people, I will never go back. Be careful when they quote you for something, get a second opinion. They are liars.

I was told 30 minutes to get my car in, and after an hour I asked how much longer it would be and was told very rudely that he didn't understand giving a customer a time frame to get their car in the garage. When I told him I was told 30 minutes he said (again very rudly) there are appointments in front of you and it's going to be awhile. So I left and will never return to this break masters on s. Eastern in Henderson.

Brake Masters was very professional and courteous. I was anxious at first bringing my car to an unknown mechanic. But they checked my brakes and gave me an honest report. - I did not need new brakes now. This makes me more likely to use them in the future. I suggest making an appointment before bringing in your vehicle. I had only a short wait doing this.

I had the best experience with these guys... I was able to drop off my car and leave a key in the mail drop so I could get a ride home before they open. I got a phone call within an hour of opening with details of what steps to take to resolve my problems (which I had quite a few on my 2009 jeep). The next call I received detailed the problems, which he thought was the case, and what the price would be. With all the work that had to be done, I was still able to pick up my car same day. The communication between these guys ( Ali) and me with problems of my car was above and beyond. I felt like they were working on their own automobile with the care and concern I felt. I will recommend this place continuously to my friends, coworkers and family.

I really like the service there. But yesterday when I went to change the oil in my car, everything seemed fine until my car overheated in the middle of the road. I was scared and asked for help, the man opened the hood of the car and the carburetor cover was removed. This could have cost me more money, more headaches because of an imprudence.

On this hot🥵 day and 110° in Las Vegas Nevada on Southeastern the business of brake masters the technician Ali has done amazing work.🥰😁 I’m a single mother and my car ended up messing up and I always take all my vehicles to this location on South Eastern. They are truly amazing and they help in anyway they can. They are so non-🥹judgmental they are there to make sure you’re able to get your car fixed in a honest and reliable way. I am so happy was able to take my car there today and get it fixed on by Shawn. 😉He was an amazing technician and all the employees were there to help me in such an amazing way. Very ❤️❤️appreciative of them. I will vouch for them 1000%. I am so happy how my car turned out and on all my other vehicles I’m never left without, not having a car to drive that’s safe and reliable🤝. This place is bad now, one thing is bad, they wanna change everything, can't even check properly. They put it in Carfax as being serviced, when all they did was check something, which I ended up declining any service, and they were off on the mileage by 1,000 miles on Carfax and they never fixed it, even though I called them with the correct mileage, and I told them to remove the record since nothing was done and all I got was the silent treatment. Never going there again, can't even check the car properly, they are like most mechanics now, change everything, instead of focusing on the problem and fixing it. They used to be great when previous management was there, not anymore now.

Tried calling numerous times in the afternoon and could not get an answer. I drove by, and the workers were all there doing absolutely nothing so I walked out. Shame on you guys cause that was gonna be a huge ticket. Thank god for tire choice automotive.

Went there for free lifetime warranty brake pads, told me I had to do $400 worth of work before they would honor the free warranty document that I had in hand. My mechanic inspected my brakes the week prior and said that my rotors are fine and only need brake pads. Brake Masters mechanic told me that I needed new rotors and THEN would get the free brake pads. He said , "Sorry, that's just our policy." Needless to say I refused the service. Funny thing is that my car camera showed someone in the garage emptying my insulated water jug. Yes, SMILE, I have you on camera. It was completely empty. How petty are you people? I will never, EVER, use Brake Masters again. It's simply not worth it.
