I had a check engine light come on so stopped there to get it checked..Amber was so great explaining what was wrong so I had a part replaced which I feel was fairly priced & I feel they were so honest. I will definitely go back!

I came to Brake Masters for an oil change and was given a card that promised a free oil change after four paid visits. However, when I returned for my fifth visit, they first claimed it was only my second visit. After I insisted they check their records, they suddenly changed the story, saying the previous oil changes didn’t count because they were "different types of oil." This is misleading and feels like a scam to attract customers with false promises. As a loyal customer, I find this behavior unacceptable. A free oil change isn’t the issue—it’s about trust and integrity. If Brake Masters promises something, they should honor it instead of making excuses or changing the terms. I do not recommend Brake Masters. Their misleading tactics and lack of accountability make it clear that they prioritize profits over customer satisfaction.

Just left after being told they could get me in after an hour to an hour and 20 minutes. Was this a walk-in? NO! My appointment was at 9:30. On previous oil change my invoice stated that they had put in a heavier weight oil than my car uses. When I brought the car back, I was told that there was no way that they put in the wrong oil and if they did it wouldn't make any difference anyway. Are you kidding me?!

Had brake repairs done on my car at this location. Rotors and brake pads replaced, spent well over $500 total for labor and parts as well as a $20 tip to the mechanic. I noticed fluid leaking from the vehicle for two days after service, but assumed it was just lubricant from new rotors. 2 weeks later my engine starts stalling and I notice my coolant tank is empty - added coolant assuming that I just needed to do general maintenance on it. 1 week later I have to add more coolant, and sure enough here I am 6 weeks after rotor replacement looking at a massive leak in my coolant tank reservoir. This was not occurring prior to getting my rotors and pads replaced. They spent nearly 5 hours working on my vehicle. I am somewhat satisfied with the replacement of the brake rotors and pads as my brakes work well, however they still squeal very loudly. 1 star for customer service at the desk, 1 star for labor and replacement of the brake rotors and pads.

I'm always nervous about taking my car for repairs because so many times, it doesn't go well. My visit to Brake Masters was amazing. They told me my car didn't need an expensive repair that I thought it did and showed me what it did need. Oscar was professional, polite, and I felt confident that he was knowledgeable and honest. I will definitely be returning for future needs.

This shop is amazing! There is an actual woman running this store. She is absolutely incredible. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable but also took the time to educate me and I have to say that is no easy task lol. She made me feel as if we were family and only sold me what was actually needed now and what order to take care of things on my budget. Thank you Amber! You have a customer for life.

Worst place in Tucson for sure do not I repeat do not go to this place or any other brake master because they are all in on the b.s I just wanna know how can my 2012 town and country had a coolant leak took it in it was the oil cooler ok fix that 1700 before I got home my check engine light came on so I borrow a scanner and it said low oil pressure which my van never ever throw a code so I tried bringing it back they said I had to pay a diagnostic fee think like 160 which I didn’t have I just paid yall nearly 2000 to get my van back barely running in limp mode thing would not rev over 4k rpm anyways they did nothing about that situation just took my money and basically told me screw off then I brought my Volkswagen to this location for an oil leak which they said it was my valve cover gasket ok 800$ later then I got my car back just to realize the oil leak was way worst so I brought it back then they trynna say oh now your valve cover is cracked. Yeah because yall cracked it when you fix it the first time them trying to charge be 500 for a new valve cover and no labour fee but I told him that’s to much I will buy my valve cover so I bought my valve cover at auto zone for 140 bucks shipped to my door and I am an honest person they asked where and how much did I get the valve cover for which should not even matter so because I got my valve cover way cheaper that they broke they wanna charge me 160 now for labour all because I didn’t but it from them for 500 anyways my car finally got fix then I was cussing about my van too and they said take it in so they can help which they ain’t helping me because brake master is who mess that van up in the first place so you ain’t helping me you a supposed to fix it because you broke it anyway they diagnosed my van said it was the oil pressure switch paid them 200 in labour to change those sensors and as I was trying to to leave there lot I made it to potosino the Mexican restaurant next door and my van still has the same problem so I took it back it’s been there for 2weeks nobody called me so I called then they are saying oh we where just going to call you well that’s too late now he told me 1800 to get my oil pump replace so at this point I told him I am coming for my van because yall don’t know what yall doing over there and I want my 200 back I paid you to change those sensors that you wrongly diagnosed now I gotta wait Monday for whoever tf is Oscar I don’t car about Oscar when I came to pick up my van you guys quickly charged me that 200$ now that am coming to pick up my van that didn’t get fixed you should be quick to give me my money back

2 weeks ago I took it to brake Masters at this location I told him that there was some kind of sound coming from underneath the steering wheel like it might need new brakes so I got an oil change then they come up to me saying you need a new battery the sound will go away. Brake Masters charge me almost $300 for the service get home and the noise is still there I call him and say it's still making that sound they said bring it in. But instead I took it to top notch two weeks later mind you the car was at my house those two weeks. Well all along I did need new brakes I was metal to metal do not do not take it to brake Masters they took advantage of a widow how dare them. Later on I will show you the brake Masters receipt and top-notch receipt I will post it.

I have been using this Brake Masters location for a couple of years now and have come to trust them for all repairs and maintenance. They have been unfailingly honest, fair, courteous, and have reasonable rates. I have dealt mostly with Oscar and Ismael, both of whom have been very helpful in giving advice and explaining any work that has been required. I highly recommend this Brake Masters location.

Facts,,,, Problem I went there for, still exist. Charged $532.00, for things perhaps needing attention, perhaps not. After being quoted $150 less for services performed. Quoted $2,300 for other future work. I found a competitors price $1,087.. I don't get upset,, I simply never return. Especially six hours, for work I did not ask for,, is the maitence better for my auto,,,?,, perhaps. NO,,!, one likes to feel ripped off. You draw your own conclusions ?

Not only did I get shotty break service i got a leaking bleed valve on my rear left breaks. I'm glad I checked this myself. I will never have my car serviced here again. They will fix one thing and break two. Management need to check there mechanics quality of work. I do not recommend. You have been warned.

Making an appointment was simple and easy they got my car in on time and did a great job. They explained everything clearly and I was pleased with the results, definitely will use this Brake masters at Pantano & Speedway in the future great service all around.

I called the night before and they said for me to bring in my truck between eight and 8:15 in the morning. I asked them when they would get it on the rack and they said they should have it on by 830. I said how long will it take and they said no longer than two hours. I arrived at 8:10 in the morning and left it with them. I called repeatedly throughout the day to see if it was done and I kept getting delayed and delayed. By 2 o’clock I said I had a birthday party that I had to be to and it was important for me to get the truck back. I called at 4 o’clock and they still didn’t have it on the rack so I said I would be in to get it. When I got there, I asked him why they asked me to be there at 8:10 in the morning if they couldn’t even do it that day. He said nothing but I understand. He was very courteous but completely unhelpful. I was led to believe that I had an appointment and obviously I didn’t.

I received a comically high quote for brakes from a competitor. Called here to have a second opinion and as expected they beat the first quote by 55% And they didn't try to fluff their bill or sell me something I didn't need which I respect and earned my repeat business moving forward

Specifically if I need something fixed they don't fix it the first time I may have to come back 2 to 3 times, and if I have more than one thing on the list sometimes they don't even look at it but say they do
