Brought my car to get the breaks checked because they’re squeaking. Guy at the counter literally walked away after I provided the paperwork and he entered something in the computer. Been sitting here for an hour without anyone providing the wait time or any other expectations. It took 4 hours to get the car back. If they had given me a timeframe I would have made other arrangements. Find that very unprofessional!!!

By far the best Brake Master in El Paso if not all of Texas. I've been getting trucks and cars repaired at this location for years. Fernie Perez and Robert Pacheco do an outstanding job running this shop. The maintenance/repair cost are reasonable and well priced.

Two weeks ago, I went in problem with the CV joint. Fernie and his staff, took the time out to contact my extended warranty service. Got a positive response. I've known the manager fernie from brake Masters in Las Cruces New Mexico. Over 10 years. I'm glad I reconnected with him in El Paso. He runs a tight ship! I trust him!

Cannot thank these guys enough! I was at the gas station next door trying to get air in my tires and the pump wasn’t working correctly. One was down to 9 psi. I was on my way out of town with my dog in the car and came in last minute to ask for help. They aired me up right away and I was good to go. My car is due for a tune up and I’ll be back in the next few weeks to give them all of my business. Thank you!!

Brake Masters is always my go to place for anything related to any of our cars. The service level that Fernie and Robert provide is outstanding. The quality of work and warranty that their team provides is superb. I dont trust any other mechanic shop besides them.
