Second visit update: Went in for a second time for a noise in the engine area. Noise was coming from ac compressor. They offered financing 12 mo No interest... so I told them to fix it... less than 2 hours later I was back on the road! Thank you Brian and the team! This was my first time at BM. Was referred by oil change place. I have a 2014 Kia and want to keep it as long as I can. I was able to provide the parts and they did the labor. Work was done in 4 hours.Took a road trip after and car never handled so well. I now have my go-to mechanics at BM.

Took my truck to BrakeMasters on George Dieter for some much needed and extremely overdue maintenance. Bryan, Mauro and the rest of the crew and staff were so welcoming and reassuring that they would take great care of my vehicle and service it to what it needed. I had it back in two days (including a holiday). I am really happy. The ride is smooth and my brakes work beautifully. I can positively feel a difference in the ride. Thanks Gentlemen! I will be taking my other truck soon.

i thought going to the dealership was bad as a women but this place is more sexist. i went in to get my brake pads and rotors changed out. they told me they had to do an inspection because it might just be different services i need and turns out…i just needed my rotors and brake pads changed! (exactly like i had told them in the beginning) the guy at the front desk dumbed it down to me as to why i need them changed which i’m used to hearing as a woman when it comes to cars because they think we don’t know anything. the only way they could service it with their parts was if i got their lifetime warranty. when i asked about not getting the warranty he told me that i “should” get they’re warranty. i passed the phone to my fiancé and they said i would have to bring my own parts in to not get their warranty. they sent me a text of how my “inspection” went and they checked marked everything green except for my brake pads and rotors….which i called them out on because i know what’s wrong with my car and they check marked green for parts that weren’t supposed to be green. i was running errands and missed their phone call but i saw their text that my car was ready, so when i went, the man went “you got my phone call right?” i said yes but my fiancé and i were running errands. he goes “i just want to make sure you got it cause i called” in a condescending way. he spoke to my fiancé about the stuff with my car which again, unfortunately, i’m used to as a woman. when i picked up my car, i knew IMMEDIATELY something was wrong, like something was loose. i didn’t want to go back with that same guy at the front desk so i went the following day they were open for them to fix the parts they installed. when i was driving back, it still felt like something was loose, when i’d brake, you could hear scraping, and when i got to the parking lot, my brakes locked on me. i told a different guy at the front desk that they messed up the installation and he said they’d take a look. when we came back, he told me that the original technician installed it wrong and a couple of screws were loose, he then turns to my fiancé and starts talking about the technicalities that was messed up, which was completely sexist because it’s MY car but he chose to only talk to him about MY car. this place needs to learns how to treat women and men the SAME and not make immediate assumptions that we, as women, don’t know anything. they also need to learn how to change brake pads and rotors, it’s honestly not that difficult if you know what you’re doing.

Was looking for a battery for my Mini Cooper the dealership wanted to charge me an arm and a leg called brake masters they asked me to bring it in which I did, they checked it thoroughly to make sure it was the battery. Had it replaced, also did my oil change, all in the same day (of course I did get there early) price Was reasonable compared to what the dealership wanted to charge me, the service was friendly and I will definitely be returning thank you...

Took in my rotors (not attached to the car) for resurfacing. They were honest with the needs and the price was good for the service. They even took the time to offer advice for how to clean the rest of the brake assembly for free! The employees and manager were very nice and quick with the work. Very satisfied with my experience and will likely return for future brake needs on my vehicles.

Took my 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser 4x4 for an alignment and the service was performed fast and extremely well. Friendly staff and did not need to make an appointment. Would highly recommend over pepboys.
