After I've finished any suspension or steering component repair on a customer's vehicle, I always get the vehicle an alignment. Have been taking multiple vehicles to BRAKE MASTERS #184 for years now. Most of the time I just drop the vehicle off and tell them to take their time. However this particular day I had to wait. Unbelievably the professional mechanic on alignment duty had the vehicle done in less than an hour. To top it off the steering wheel was straight and the vehicle drove in a straight line. As always the job was done perfectly. BRAKE MASTERS #184 Thanks, I appreciate your time.

These guys were awesome. I thought I needed new brakes but found I didn't after their inspection. They were honest and forthright. They also did a coolant flush. Very nice and very professional.

My brakes were bad for two years. I took my car to this location and my brakes are good to go. It cost about $600 but they had to replace everything on the front. No more squealing when hit my brakes. Thanks Brake Masters.

I’ve had a lot of work that needed done on both of my cars. They do warranty their work so if the first fix doesn’t work they will work with you till it’s right. They are usually pretty busy but if you give them the time they need it’s always a fair price. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough. They are super friendly too.

They do good work and never tell you need extra work done but they do a thorough job of whatever you come for and if they find anything they want pressure you but let you know what needs to be done.

I've always had the blessing of being able to lease all my vehicles. About 10 years ago I purchased my first vehicle. I've been using it for personal and business use along with traveling the country. Basically my One stop shop vehicle. I happen to be in Arizona, and a friend recommended me to this specific location to address my concerns. "DTire" did my alignment twice and still didn't get it corrected. I usually go there wheel and tire related stuff if you know who I'm talking about. I brought my vehicle here and was met by the manager Robert in the front office. Being this is my first vehicle that I've had to do More than your basic maintenance on, I had many many questions and concerns. Robert brought the shops Master mechanic Jade in from the shop to speak with me and go through everything I needed. Both Robert and Jade addressed all my concerns and were able complete all the work I needed within a couple of days. I thought it would take 2 weeks!! The one thing they could diagnose but couldn't work on was the transmission and they referred me to a lovely shop where I had a positive experience as well! Not only is my alignment finally fixed, but so is my long laundry list of things. The pricing was fair and the turnaround was much faster than the local dealer! I'd love to highlight The level of awesome from the staff! Besides the, a specific example that stuck out to me was a highly rated shop in the PV area wasn't sure what was leaking underneath my vehicle. When I took it to the dealership and they did their inspection, they didn't even address it and I asked about it and they said it's nothing to worry about. When I brought it here, they called me the next day and said hey it's the oil pan gasket. It's probably never been done. I said it definitely hasn't been done from my records. They offered me two options, simply replace it, or they can remove it, clean it up and put a new gasket. When I asked if there was any damage from traveling or off-roading, because I know the vehicle has bottomed out a few times over the years, they confirmed that there was no damage underneath. I went with the slightly cheaper option of putting in a new gasket. It honestly wasn't much more to buy a new part. Thank you thank you Thank you for getting me back on the road safely and cost effectively!!

Staff were quick and respectful. I came in for break repairs without having gone to a mechanic before. The front desk staff were polite and answered my questions and were able to get me in and get my breaks done so I can drive safe on the road again. Great place to go if youve never been to a mechanic before. Will definitely be going back for other minor repairs.

The staff was knowledgeable and very courteous and kept checking back in with us to make sure we were OK Got a little bit of a wait time but they rotated the tires for free so it’s a wash overall everything was a good experience and the prices were great

I have had them work on my car for a number of years and I have always been treated well. This is about the only repair place that I trust. When you are a single woman I have found that many times I have been taken advantage of and had work performed that I did not need and cost one hell of a lot of money. I trust these guys to be fair.
